The top floor of one of the few remaining factory warehouses on the North Williamsburg riverfront is now home to XX Venue, a freshly established, large, nicely restored business space. This one-of-a-kind venue, located at the corner of North 11th Street and Wythe Avenue, features 11,000 square feet of private, multi-purpose studio space and a 4,000 square foot private rooftop. With its flexible white-box architecture, open floor layout, and spectacular waterfront vistas, this extraordinary space has been deliberately built to support a diversity of applications within a historic three-story brick warehouse. The spacious inside space, in addition to the private rooftop access, features numerous expansive open areas as well as six distinct studio rooms, each with over-sized, magnificent arch windows. The XX Venue is a high-end loft with a private rooftop in Williamsburg's burgeoning neighborhood. This venue combines all modern features with Brooklyn character and convenience, and is located in a refurbished warehouse building. Within the facility, there is a panoramic 270-degree view, as well as unimpeded views of the East River and Manhattan skyline from the rooftop. Natural light floods the 15,000 square feet of space. Entry through a storefront resembling a Pioneertown motel transports guests through the Mojave Desert and into a cozy living room lounge bar, outfitted with a custom mechanical bull. The space was brought to life by NYC design icons Fabiana Faria and Helena Barquet, the creative minds behind Coming Soon NYC, known for their playful yet refined aesthetic. Imagine a cocktail party across the top two floors followed by an intimate seated dinner downstairs, or start the night with a feast before heading upstairs for a full-blown dance party (yes, our license goes until 1:00AM). Above The Heights is a newly built 13,000+ SF private event space in Upper Manhattan’s premier 23-story mixed-use tower – Radio 181. Located on the 12th floor with two outdoor terraces with unobstructed views of the Manhattan skyline and George Washington Bridge, the event space can host a variety of occasions from conferences, product launches, and corporate galas to weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, mitzvahs for up to 500 guests. The main space is light-filled with an outdoor terrace that can host up to 300 guests and an adjacent indoor/outdoor space (fully operational as a bar and pre-function area on its own or in conjunction with the main event space) that can host up to 150 guests.
