The development is a multi use space, which is set to include an open-air bar and dining experience, condos, a hotel, and an office space. Guardian Works is the Event Space at Echo Street West, will be a exclusive and unique offering in Atlanta’s events scene. The renovated 1908 brick and beam building features 8,000 square ft of double-height conditioned interior event space, 4,000 square ft of covered patio space, and an adjoining 10,000 square ft courtyard in front. The space is operated by Novare Events, Atlanta’s premier events company, and is sure to be a must-see venue for all kinds of gatherings including weddings, city wides, festivals, large cocktail, as well as others with the use of the entirety of the space. CAPACITY & RATES The maximum capacity of Guardian Works may vary from below as it is dependent on seating requirements, dance floor size, catering needs, and audio & visual needs. The 13,000-square foot event space can comfortably accommodate 1,200 guests. Depending on need, the space can be arranged from intimate weddings of 125-250 guests to cocktail style events of up to 1,200 attendees. BEVERAGE & CATERING For events held at Guardian Works, Novare Events provides full beverage service, including barware, glassware, and staffing. A complete overview of our beverage services is included in the rental information kit. For catering events at this space, Novare Events can connect you with the best catering companies in Atlanta. A list of approved caterers is at your disposal. Additionally, you may use any florist or decorator for your event. PARKING Please inquire for details.   Surrounded by fine homes, in the shadow of skyscrapers, is a small oasis….the delightful village of Vinings. At its heart are two historic gems, The Pace House and The Old Pavilion. Wrapped in nineteenth-century charm, they provide the perfect setting for today’s weddings and special corporate or private events. The Historic Pace House was built from the remains of the 17-room antebellum home of Vinings founder Hardy Pace. The house served as General Sherman’s temporary headquarters where he planned the siege of Atlanta. After the Civil War, Hardy’s son, Solomon Pace, returned home to find the family home in ruins. Sometime around 1870, Solomon rebuilt the home – albeit more modestly- from doors, windows and remnants of several small cabins that survived the fire of the main house. Today The Pace House consists of a parlor, a dining room, and a bridal suite which can be used as a private retreat for the bride and her attendants or event host. This modest frame house has a sense of history so tangible that you feel it from the moment you enter. Adjacent to The Pace House, The Old Pavilion, itself a Vinings landmark, was a place where old Atlanta Society entertained and danced the night away during the late 1800s and until the early 1900s. Today guests can use this historic property to make history for themselves. With a warm, rustic ambiance, The Pace House and The Old Pavilion feature a versatile reception area that is perfect for any occasion. We like to say at SweetWater that we're not here for a long time, but rather that we're here for a good time. It's not simply something we say, though; it's also how we conduct our lives. Remember, don't stray too far from the mainstream as we all find our way through life, and drink 'em if you got 'em. Our barrel aging program, which is based in The Woodlands, allows our brewers to make tiny batches of sour, funky, or otherwise excellent beers in limited amounts. With six 88-liter foeders (wooden fermenting pots) and hundreds of barrels loaded with everything from blackberry sours to Belgian-style ales maturing in tequila barrels, the Woodlands is just next door to the main production brewery at 195 Ottley Street in Atlanta. The casual classic, complete with a spacious outside terrace. Our original tasting room, which has developed alongside us, is crammed with SweetWater trinkets and memorabilia that celebrates 24 years of delicious brews. Outside, you'll find a large patio with plenty of space for both two- and four-legged friends, as well as a stage where you can catch some live music. An expensive location with a view of the bottling line level below. You can look down on the action from this spacious upper area, or you may take in some fresh air on the exterior balcony. The marble bar area is accented with one-of-a-kind reclaimed wood chairs and a stunning wood background that will make any shot appear like a million dollars.
