The Swan House Gardens
130 West Paces Ferry Rd NW, Atlanta, GA 30305, USAHost an unforgettable social gathering or have a memorable wedding ceremony at the historic venue setting. Designed by Philip Trammel Shutze in 1928 for Edward and Emily Inman, Swan House is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This Atlanta landmark is versatile enough to host a dinner party or act as a pre-function space for the Grand Overlook ballroom. Consider adding a costumed interpreter that will perform historical character narratives. Edward Inman was heir to a large cotton brokerage fortune amassed after the Civil War. He was an Atlanta businessman with interests in real estate, transportation, and banking. His wife Emily was involved in philanthropy, politics, and society. In 1924, they hired the architectural firm of Hentz, Reid, and Adler to design a house for their property in Buckhead, a residential suburb of Atlanta. Noted architect Philip Trammel Shutze designed Swan House and its gardens, as well as many other important buildings in the city. He adapted Italian and English classical styles to accommodate 20th-century living for Swan House, which many consider his finest residential work. Emily lived in Swan House until her passing at age 84 in 1965. In 1966, the Atlanta Historical Society purchased the home and most of its original furnishings, ranging from 18th-century antiques to 20th-century objects. It opened to the public in 1967 as a house museum and headquarters of the Atlanta Historical Society. Formal gardens surround and showcase the 1928 historic mansion. Reminiscent of great Italian gardens, it is perched on a hill with a cascading fountain, terraced lawns, roses tumbling over stone walls, and clipped hedges. An intimate boxwood garden and formal motor court complete the landscape, making this one of Atlanta’s best-known and photographed sites. The lawns can accommodate 50 to 750 guests. Because Swan House is a historic house museum, parties and receptions are not allowed inside the mansion, but your guests can tour the mansion for a few hours during your event.

The Biltmore Ballrooms
817 W Peachtree St NW #208, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA- Spaces for 1,500 Guests
The Biltmore Hotel, which opened its doors in 1924 and served as the center of Atlanta's business and social life for over sixty years. This magnificent landmark was created by the architecture company Shultze and Weaver, which is also responsible for such iconic hotels as The Breakers in Palm Beach, the Waldorf-Astoria in New York, The Pierre, and The Sherry Netherland in Amsterdam. It was formerly referred to as "The South's Supreme Hotel," but the Biltmore was forced to lock its doors in 1982 after a change in ownership and several years of continuous deterioration. When The Biltmore underwent a complete makeover in 1999, it was the result of sixteen years of neglect and abandonment. The result was a combination of Class A office space and retail space, as well as a unique event area. The reconstruction of the Georgian and Imperial Ballrooms, which are now listed on the National Register of Historic Places, allowed The Biltmore to swiftly reclaim its position as one of Atlanta's social and commercial hotspots. The Biltmore Ballrooms, with their original handmade plaster relief ceilings, restored crystal chandeliers, Palladian windows, and Tennessee marble flooring, provide a stunningly breathtaking setting for weddings, business parties, and any other social celebration held in the historic mansion.

The Ticonderoga Club, located in Krog Street Market, is a colonial-era–inspired pub that serves seafood, sandwiches, and handmade cocktails. What is the significance of Ticonderoga? A question posed by all new members as well as distinguished guests. This is Ticonderoga: a place of gatherings and plans and machinations; a place of noisy drinking and thankful feeding; a place of festivity, revelation, and revolution; a place for friends and wayward strangers to come together and stay. Those with a striving soul and an honest heart are welcome to join Ticonderoga, a club that is open to everybody. The company was founded in 2015. Following a year-long vision quest across the South, we came to the conclusion that it is not concepts that energize us, but rather the mere reality of being in close proximity to the people we admire and are lucky enough to call our peers. We were expecting a large number of our friends to be at Krog Street Market! We made the decision that we wanted to participate in the celebration, and a party always needs extra ice, food, and beverages," said the group. Initiators of the Ticonderoga Club Atlanta Chapter
