(No outside music allowed after 10pm). -We do not provide any furniture. -Bar/Alcohol can be hosted by the client (not for sale); we do not add any charge. -Host must provide their own certificate of liability. -All vendors are welcome at our facility as long as they provide Certificate of Liability; The only two vendors that are exclusive are: valet Parking ($30 per hour per Attendant) and security ($39 per hour per Agent, one agent per 100 guests).
