We are now offering the services of our in-house caterer, Southern Charmed by Little River Farms, in addition to our traditional catering services. Beaver Creek Plantation's grounds are the perfect backdrop for a modest, rustic, yet stunning wedding. At Beaver Creek Plantation, our mission is to provide traditional southern hospitality to you and your guests in an ambiance of rural beauty and breathtaking sunsets. On the property, there are a variety of ceremony and celebration locations. The cascading stone steps that adorn the entrance of the Lodge, as well as any of the waterfront spots on our gorgeous 30 acre lake, are among these alternatives. Our man-made island is the most unusual ceremony location accessible. Consider exchanging vows while the sun sets and a gentle breeze sweeps across the lake. Guests can dance the night away in the main Lodge's Grand Room, or beneath the stars on the lawn with a romantic outdoor reception, all while savoring exquisite cuisine made by our own onsite chef. Guests can stay the night in one of our three overnight facilities, including a lovely lakeside cottage, as the reception winds down. The natural stone steps leading to the lodge's front door contrast nicely with the lodge's beautifully stained façade, creating an impressive yet simple altar for your wedding ceremony. The groomed lawn of the resort, located between the lake and the lodge, is an ideal place for a ceremony or celebration. The lodge's interior has a stately yet rustic feel to it. Warm honey colored wood elements will greet your guests as they enter the lodge. The stairway and rooftop balcony, both made of cypress boughs, are the main point of the open floor plan. In a lovely outdoor setting, the three-sided Outdoor Reception Hall offers all of the facilities of an indoor reception hall, including a covered dance floor, stage, and bar.

    The Barn at Ross Farm is an indoor and outdoor barn wedding venue on 67 acres of working farmland in Cohutta, North Georgia — centrally located about 10 miles from Chattanooga, Cleveland, Chatsworth, Ringgold, and Dalton. Now celebrating its 12th season, the farm was designed from the ground up to host weddings in a setting that is rustic, beautiful, and functional. The main structure is an all-wood barn with 7,000 square feet of cement floor, heated and air-conditioned throughout, with attached pavilions, a breezeway, and shed porches that allow guests to move freely under shelter. Exposed rafters, rough-sawn wood walls, lantern lighting, a stack stone fireplace, and an antique buckboard wagon give the space its distinctive character. Outside, pristine meadows, a spring-fed pond with a lighted fountain, and views of the North Georgia mountains provide the backdrop for ceremonies at three dedicated sites: The Meadow, The East Lawn, and The Fireplace Room. Packages at Ross Farm include use of the Bridal Cabin — a fully appointed dressing suite with a sleeping loft, kitchenette, and two bathrooms — along with a climate-controlled Groom's Quarters. The Farmhouse, a separate lodging structure that sleeps eight, is available for overnight bookings on event weekends. The venue accommodates up to 150 guests.
