  Begin your life together in Chicago's Lincoln Park, surrounded by the natural beauty and tranquility of a unique National Historic Landmark. The Lily Pool features an aesthetically important pavilion, a cascading waterfall, and native vegetation, and was designed by Alfred Caldwell in 1936. The Chicago Park District and the Lincoln Park Conservancy restored the Lily Pool to Caldwell's original design from 1998 to 2002, after decades of erosion and deterioration. The Conservancy is pleased to offer this natural haven as a location for your small wedding ceremony, proposal, or photos. The Lincoln Park Conservancy requires that all wedding, engagement, family, and other professional photos get a permit in advance. From May through mid-October, the Lily Pool holds seasonal events. During the Air and Water Show, it is also closed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Enter a hidden garden of unparalleled beauty through the Prairie-style Fullerton gate. Only the sound of birdsong and a soothing waterfall breaks the peaceful silence. Discover a pavilion, council ring, and different native flora along the stone walk around the lily pool. A hidden garden for the people of Chicago, created to resemble a river meandering over a vast Midwestern plain, is landscape architect Alfred Caldwell's concept. The Alfred Caldwell Lily Pool was originally part of a Victorian garden that included tropical lilies and other water plants and was created in 1889. The Lily Pool and its surrounding area fell into ruin after the Victorian-style garden fell out of favor, until Alfred Caldwell rebuilt the pool and its surroundings in 1936.

  Baker Community Center is a historic recreation and community facility operated by the St. Charles Park District in downtown St. Charles, Illinois. Dedicated on May 1, 1926, as a gift from Edward J. and Harriet Rockwell Baker in memory of their son and local World War I veterans, the 19,150-square-foot building has served the community for a century — hosting classes, performances, and private events across its auditorium stage, lounge, and multipurpose rooms. Rentable spaces accommodate groups from 35 to 150 guests, with tables, chairs, and setup included in every rental. The center offers a full kitchen, in-house sound system, and on-street parking. A $1 million accessibility renovation in 2017 updated floors, entryways, and amenities throughout the building. The center also partners with the Norris Cultural Arts Center to support a performance venue with current stage technology.

GENERAL INFORMATION Several points of interest are listed below. Above all, we recognize that this is YOUR party, YOUR occasion, and YOUR meal. We will go above and above to fulfill your unique requirements and exceed your expectations. Our top priority is your satisfaction. SERVICE Individually plated lunch and dinners are provided, as well as a family type alternative. Everyone will enjoy a selection of things from one of our family style meals. FEES FOR SERVICES A 10% tax will be charged to the entire cost of food and beverages (Gratuity not included). A 3% event fee will be added to the final bill. GUARANTEES A $250 reservation fee is needed at the time of the reservation for all parties. The function's final payment must be made on the day of the event. When a reservation is canceled within 60 days of the function date, the reservation fee is nonrefundable. MINIMUMS FOR THE ROOM There are no additional fees for certain rooms. During dinner hours, however, there are room minimums that must be satisfied. During lunchtime, there are no minimums. Our special events coordinator can walk you through the process. FRESH FLOWERS A fresh flower arrangement is placed on each of our banquet tables. Custom arrangements can be made for a fee. Our special event organizer will be happy to help you with your requirements. AUDIO VISUAL Audio Visual One, one of the city's best audio/visual firms, has teamed with Di Pescara. Nellie's Band Room The Band Room, or main performance room, is our largest event venue, with a stage area and a large bar on the first floor. For an additional $250 and $100, respectively, you can use our cutting-edge sound system and/or lighting features. We can host and cater for nearly any type of event in this area, not just live music. - Dinners for up to 30 people, seated and plated - Up to 200 people can be served at a buffet. - Up to 400 guests, cash bar with limited food from the normal menu - We can accommodate 400+ guests if this space is combined with the Mezzanine upstairs. The Mezzanine The Mezzanine on the second floor gives a beautiful view of the show as well as a separate bar with access to the rooftop. This space is suitable for smaller gatherings, however there are restrictions on bookings for concerts and other events. Smaller groups of 10 to bigger groups of 125 seats or 200 standing can be accommodated on the Mezzanine. Lower Level Beer Garden On the first level, near the main entrance, there is an outdoor space.
