Rates given include up to four hours of event time, however you can purchase additional hours. The 2nd floor ballroom may be used for seated luncheons or dinners of no more than 40 people. We can accommodate up to 75 guests for indoor standing cocktail-style receptions. Outdoor Ceremonies & Receptions max out at 100 guests. Venue rental does not include tenting fees, which are required for all outdoor parties over 40 guests.

The Flagship terrain location, Terrain at Styer's, is located on the historic site of J. Franklin Styer's nursery, a Philadelphia landmark for over 100 years. With over five acres of ever-changing blooms and greenery combined with a variety of historic spaces, the property serves as a stunning setting for celebrations of all kinds for up to 110 people. We can host multiple wedding formats - elopements from 2-15 guests, micro weddings for 15-30 guests and full weddings from 50-110 guests - and we pride ourselves at our all-inclusive approach to event planning. We include both outdoor and indoor ceremony space plus farm tables, cross back chairs with cushions, burlap table runners, votive candles, customized menu cards, place settings, glassware, personalized welcome signage, fire-pit and so much more. In addition to our bespoke event spaces, Terrain at Styer’s boasts a terrain retail store and Terrain Cafe. Terrain at Styer’s is a BYO facility that invites guests to bring their favorite beer, wine, and liquors for their celebration if they so choose.
