This spot features a large barn-like area that can easily accommodate 50 seated guests. Perfect for all kinds of parties, workshops, game day events, BBQs, crawfish boils, fashion shows, bachelor parties, birthdays, anniversaries, and even informal weddings! The party barn can be used for a variety of functions and is often used for video and photo shoots. For those who enjoy Karaoke, we even have a disco balcony above the dance floor. The kitchen area features a movable island bar, a 65" TV, and connects to a 50' outdoor deck that looks over the 3-acre backyard. An ADA bathroom is just off the kitchen. Cook your own food, or have it catered in. There are many great nearby food choices - we are just 10 minutes from the Woodlands Mall, and 5 minutes off I-45. It can also be used as a music video location. Outside, you will find two fire pits, several picnic tables (one that seats 24), a summer kitchen with a smoker, and a kitchen sink. The parking lot easily holds 50 cars, and the entire property is quite private - don't worry about making noise, we have no neighbors!
