Red Barn Farms occupies a working century farm in the Palouse region of southeastern Washington, twelve miles south of Pullman. Established in 1901 by Christine and Florent Meyer, the property has passed through four generations of the same family; current stewards Ty and Kay Meyer converted the farm into an event venue in 2007. The centerpiece is the original barn, its timber frame built from fir harvested on nearby Moscow Mountain more than a century ago. Renovations added a new floor and foundation, repaired the original joists, and introduced lighting and indoor restrooms, while leaving the timber framing and barn wood exposed throughout the reception space. Cafe lights and lanterns hang overhead, and the barn's doors open onto a covered front patio that doubles as a second dance floor. Guests move from a terraced ceremony area overlooking the rolling hills, entered through the barn's grand double doors, into the barn itself for dinner and dancing, with an adjacent courtyard and patio extending the layout for cocktail hour, yard games, and larger gatherings. Four acres of landscaped grounds, including lavender and wheat fields, surround the buildings, and a separate structure called The Suites provides wedding-party preparation space, a kitchen, and meeting rooms.

Stilly Brook Farm was first settled in 1889 by a pioneer family. A Swedish barn builder built the current barn in the 1920s near to the ancient Stillagaumish River channel. It still has its original cedar timbers and cathedral ceiling, which could hold up to 25 tons of hay at one time. For nearly a century, the farm remained operating, largely with modest crops and milk cows. Richard and Beverly Emery decided to develop the farm into an event center in the year 2000, with the goal of hosting weddings, religious events, and family reunions. The bottom floor was cleaned up and turned into a reception hall, and the property was landscaped into lovely gardens. The present owners, David and Terri Lundquist, and their five kids, are expanding on what the Emerys envisioned when they transformed this lonely farm into a place for everyone to enjoy. When you walk in, you'll notice that Stilly Brook Farm has paid attention to every detail in this newly remodeled location.

Along 200 private acres of waterfront on Discovery Bay, between Sequim and Port Townsend on the Olympic Peninsula, orchards heavy with fruit and gardens give way to koi ponds shaded by weeping willows, lavender fields, and forested trails that lead down to private beach and lagoon access. Troll Haven, also known as Bandy Farms, is a working organic farm and event property that hosts weddings, gatherings, reunions, and retreats across these grounds, where animals roam freely and orchards yield apples, pears, figs, cherries, and other fruit sold seasonally from August through November. At the center of the property sits the Antique Barn Reception Hall, a fully modernized event space that pairs a casual, timber-framed atmosphere — exposed wood, massive beams, and a collection of antiques and artwork — with a powerful sound system and room for dancing. It seats up to 150 guests and holds a maximum capacity of 200, with an on-site kitchen, bridal suite, and groom's saloon supporting the reception. Couples can also exchange vows outdoors among the orchards, lavender fields, or along the waterfront backdrop of Discovery Bay before returning to the barn to celebrate. Guests who want to extend their stay can book one of four vacation rental homes on the property — the Gate Keeper's Castle, the Lodge House, Gardiner Beach Cottage, and Dragon's Keep — making Troll Haven a destination for events that stretch beyond a single day.

The property combines a working bed-and-breakfast with a wedding venue, hosting one wedding per day so that each couple has full run of the grounds. Receptions take place in the property's historic register barn, which also serves as a rain-day backup for outdoor ceremonies held elsewhere on the property. Couples can draw from more than 1,000 decor pieces kept on-site for free use, and the barn holds up to 150 guests from May through October, or 100 guests from November through April and on Sundays. Harmony Meadows Tennis Resort sits on a former farm in Manson, Washington, near Lake Chelan, between orchards and the Cascade foothills. The property has taken many forms over the decades — a dairy farm, apple orchard, antique restoration shop, and even a petting zoo — before owners Jacquelyn and Jeremy Jaech began rehabilitating it in 2017 as a tennis and events destination. A 2018 Master Planned Resort designation from Chelan County allowed the addition of overnight accommodations and food service, and the resort now offers thirteen suites across the Inn, the Hayloft Suite, and the Cottages. For weddings and private events, the resort's centerpiece is the Great Hall, a 6,000-square-foot event space accommodating up to 250 guests beneath natural light, with barn doors that can be opened to the surrounding landscape or closed for a more intimate setting. Couples planning a smaller celebration can book the Salon, appointed with a grand piano and a rock crystal chandelier, for a cocktail reception or private dinner, or choose an Intimate Wedding package for up to 16 guests on the lawn in front of the Gazebo. Beyond the event spaces, the resort's tennis and pickleball courts, on-site dining, and proximity to the wineries of Manson and Chelan give guests things to do before and after the celebration.

Clear, dark skies over the valley make for notable stargazing at night. The ranch hosts small weddings, family reunions, and corporate retreats. Its rustic barn is the centerpiece: the upper level opens completely on one side, looking straight out over the meadows and mountains beyond. It suits an outdoor-style ceremony without leaving the property. A small on-site church is also available for couples who want to marry there. The ranch can help arrange catering, flowers, and cake for the wedding, and its site fee covers a straightforward, all-in-one booking process.
