It was erected in 1935 and can accommodate up to 240 people for a sit-down dinner and 200 guests for a buffet-style reception at its greatest capacity. Wood flooring has been installed throughout the house, as well as new drapes. All of the windows have been replaced as well. A limousine entry, as well as a romantic and comfortable setting, are available as amenities. The ballroom is illuminated by magnificent chandeliers. The ceilings are very high.
