Meridian Valley Country Club opened its doors for the first time on July 1, 1967. Despite the fact that there was just a temporary clubhouse and only nine of the 18 holes were available for play on that Saturday morning, those who teed it up did so again and again. Established in 2000, Camas Meadows Golf Club is an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Andy Raugust, formerly with Jack Nicklaus Golf Services. The par-72 course, playing between 4,859 and 6,518 yards, is set among towering evergreens and lush natural wetlands near Lacamas Lake in Camas, Washington, offering a secluded backdrop that's still convenient to Portland International Airport. The club hosts weddings, golf tournaments, corporate outings, and charitable fundraisers for groups of 12 to 200 or more guests. The Pavilion Tent, with its cloth-lined interior and lighted chandeliers, serves as the club's reception space, while the Gazebo offers a ceremony setting during the warmer months and the Lower Terrace provides an outdoor gathering spot with string lights and fire pits. Royal Oaks Country Club hosts one event at a time, giving couples exclusive use of its event spaces on their wedding day. A dedicated events team, led by Director of Catering Sara Gilbert, guides clients through planning — from menus built around seasonal, local ingredients to setup with complimentary in-house audiovisual equipment, including projectors, wireless microphones, sound systems, and WiFi. Five event spaces at the club range from the 22-guest Litton Room to the Grand Ballroom, which seats up to 215 guests or hosts a reception for 300. Set on a golf course built on 170 acres near Vancouver, Washington, the club was organized in 1945 by a group of local businessmen and has hosted major Northwest golf tournaments, including the PNGA Amateur, won by Tiger Woods in 1994. Blue Boy West sits in the foothills of the Cascades above the Skykomish Valley, just outside Monroe, Washington. Originally built in the early 1900s as Blue Boy Ranch, a thoroughbred training facility, the property was converted into a nine-hole golf course in 1992 and remains family-owned today. In 2014 a dedicated Wedding and Event Center was developed, adding a large white gazebo and a paver walkway that leads to a main stage.
