Our typical capacity is 110 people, but with additional seating under our covered patio, we can accommodate up to 130 people. The winery provides a great deal of flexibility for weddings of all kinds and sizes. Our employees, chosen caterers, and vendors are the best in the business. Everyone participating in your wedding wants it to be a magical, unforgettable event. VINEYARD CEREMONIES Wedding ceremonies are held in the vineyard's front field. The setting sun in the western sky creates a breathtakingly gorgeous spectacle. Prior to or after the ceremony, photographers may take images of the bride and groom among the vines. THE COMPASS ROSE ROOM The Compass Rose Room is the ideal setting for your winery wedding reception or rehearsal dinner in Virginia. It's a wide, open area with high ceilings, exquisite lighting, and double French doors leading to the covered Patio, which can seat up to 110 people. The atmosphere is traditionally rustic. Your guests will enjoy being in the center of a boutique Virginia winery, in addition to being a great wedding location in Northern Virginia. The cork-covered walls and the glass barrel room window add dramatic wine-related accents. The Compass Rose Room also has a catering kitchen adjacent to it, allowing for simple and efficient serving. The Frontiers of Flight Museum is located on Lemmon Avenue, in the southeastern corner of Dallas Love Field Airport, just south of the terminal building. It debuted in June 2004 and is a strikingly designed 100,000-square-foot building that includes more than 30 aircraft and space vehicles, more than a dozen thematic exhibitions, a 200-seat auditorium, specialized classrooms and conference spaces, as well as a children's discovery section. There are a variety of event rental and production choices available in two climate-controlled aircraft hangar-like structures that are connected by a connecting structure on both levels. The historic Mustang Aviation hangar, which has been in operation since the 1940s, is housed within the northern structure, which contains the original foundation and framework of the building. There is easy access to runways 13L-31R from the Museum's six-acre area, which also includes free illuminated and secure parking for 370 automobiles, with additional space available for overflow. Mila [mee:lah], short for Milagros, meaning “miracles” in Spanish, represents a love story—one of love for each other, family, and a deep passion for hospitality. Mila’s owners, Jay and Liz Curcio, crossed paths over a decade ago through a client of The White Apron. Jay founded The White Apron in 2004, starting from his own kitchen. By 2011, the company had grown to cater weddings across the NH seacoast. Liz, an event planner and trained chef, was living in NYC and helping her best friend plan her wedding in NH, which just so happened to be catered by The White Apron. When Liz and Jay met, sparks flew, and they soon teamed up to grow The White Apron into a premier off-premise catering business, serving events across Maine, Northern Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and the Lakes Region. Through ingenuity and the dedication of their talented staff, The White Apron not only weathered the pandemic but has continued to elevate its food and service as its clientele expands. While the off-premise business flourished, Jay and Liz shared the dream of opening a venue where they could create exceptional experiences for their clients year-round, without the constraints of an off-site kitchen.
