The Michener Art Museum, which bears the novelist and philanthropist's name, is well situated downtown Doylestown. The Museum is located in a gorgeously renovated historic building that was originally built in 1884 as the Bucks County prison. The Museum is now a warm hub of culture and beauty that offers visitors a dramatic and refined environment for entertainment. This is the ideal Bucks County wedding venue, including a top-notch collection of Pennsylvania Impressionist artwork. The Michener Art Museum in Doylestown serves as a fantastic hub for events. The Museum is 50 miles from Philadelphia, Allentown, and Princeton, and 100 miles from New York City. Doylestown and adjacent New Hope both have a lot of attractions. Because of its position, it serves as an ideal gathering spot for families and businesses that are distributed over the Mid-Atlantic region. A inviting space appropriate for cocktail hours is the Grand Entry Hall. The terrace garden is a charming and serene location for charming wedding ceremonies and may also be used as a laid-back area for cocktail hour. Beneduce Vineyards is a 77-acre family-owned farm winery in Pittstown, Hunterdon County, New Jersey. The vineyard was established in 2009 by owner and winemaker Mike Beneduce, building on a multi-generational family winemaking tradition rooted in Italian heritage. All wines are 100% estate grown, with a focus on sustainable, cool-climate viticulture — a commitment recognized through the property's River Friendly Farm Certification. The Farmhouse is a 340-year-old historic estate set on more than 10 acres in Hampton, New Jersey. Original stone fireplaces built from European ship ballast stones, reclaimed barn wood, and mature landscaping shape a property that feels genuinely rooted in place — complemented by a restored Pennsylvania barn, a 19th-century schoolhouse, and a landscape landmark known as the Kissing Tree. Two distinct event spaces anchor the venue. The Grand Ballroom accommodates up to 265 guests beneath crystal chandeliers and alongside a stone fireplace, with wide-plank floors and reclaimed wood walls framing celebrations from intimate dinners to large receptions. The Silo, a reconstructed Pennsylvania barn, hosts up to 170 guests under soaring exposed beams and a two-story brick fireplace, well-suited for smaller gatherings that call for warmth and character. Both spaces support indoor ceremony arrangements as well as outdoor ceremony locations across the estate grounds. The Cavanaugh Flight Museum consists of 4 distinct event spaces and over 45 immaculately restored historic aircraft sprawled across the Museums 50,000 sq. ft. of indoor event space, as well as open air event space. Our complimentary docents will share the rich history of our collection, transporting you on a journey through American aviation history from the 1920's through the present day. Each event hangar has 10,000 sq. ft. with 120' x 100' x 30' hangar doors that can be opened to expand event space, as we welcome the evening.
