One On One Recording Studios is a state of the art recording studio in Los Angeles offering professional audio engineering and mixing services to both major and independent record labels in the music industry. We provide top quality work in a private, comfortable and creative environment. Built in 1982, the studio has been a home to the likes of: Etta James, Patti LaBelle, Cher, Metallica, KISS, Mötley Crüe, Megadeth, Poison, Donna Summer, Bon Jovi, Eddie Van Halen, Rod Stewart, Ozzy Osbourne, REO Speedwagon, Alice in Chains, Aretha Franklin, Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis, Quincy Jones, Bruce Springsteen, Natalie Cole, Aretha Franklin and many more. Located on the ground floor of Santa Monica’s historic Telephone Building, a 1937 Art Deco landmark, this multifaceted environment was designed so that even the semi-private areas capture a communal spirit and the timeless enjoyment of food and friends. The house has four bedrooms on the second floor, a large modern kitchen, dining room, and TV/living room with lots of natural light throughout. Outside, there is a large grass area, an infinity pool with beautiful views, a grill area with bar seating, and an outdoor TV/lounge area. There are also two additional spaces that can be used for makeup, wardrobe, equipment, or anything else needed for production. The property has a very private and relaxing atmosphere and feels like a luxury retreat, with plenty of different indoor and outdoor areas to shoot.

Casa de Lago is situated on the shores of a picturesque lake in Eisenhower Park in Orange, California. Casa de Lago features floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the lake and park, as well as a garden setting with mature trees. Daniel Lyons Catering is one of the preferred catering vendors for Casa de Lago, and they provide an all-inclusive event package for weddings, corporate functions, birthdays, and other special occasions. Daniel Lyons Catering is located in the heart of downtown San Diego. Having graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in New York, Chef Daniel Lyons is a Master Chef in his own right. Chef Daniel Lyons completed his one-year European apprenticeship at the Hotel Europa in Lucerne, Switzerland, following graduation from the Culinary Institute of America. Chef Daniel returned to the United States after completing his culinary training in Europe, where he completed his three-year American apprenticeship at the Omni International Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia. Previously, he held positions as Garde Manager and Banquet/Pastry Chef in four and five-star hotels, including the Hyatt Regency in Atlanta and the Newport Beach Marriott. He was the Banquet Chef at the Ritz Carlton, Laguna Niguel, when it first opened its doors. While working as a Chef at the Four Seasons Hotel in Atlanta, Chef Lyons prepared seven-course sit-down and buffet dinners for President Carter and President Ronald Reagan, respectively.
