Rustic Grace Estate is a charming 1920s barn adorned with vintage silos as well as beautiful chandeliers. Located in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, Rustic Grace Estate was established in 2013. Couples can customize their wedding by working with an expert on-site venue manager. The barn, along with a stunning wedding chapel, provides space for a multitude of guests for the perfect wedding day. Rustic Grace Estate also has bride and groom rooms with TVs and bathrooms to accommodate couples getting ready for their special day. With a 50-foot walkway leading to a covered arbor, our outdoor wedding space is private. Weddings There are moments in life that last longer than the time frame in which they occur. When it comes to your wedding, you want a venue that not only reflects your story but also allows you to leave your mark. The venue, which is located in the back of the property, features unique rustic textures of cedar wood and chopped stone, as well as a floor-to-ceiling fireplace. The ranch was purchased in 2014, and the owners first totally restored the white ranch home before building the three-story barn in 2015. The RoseMary Barn was then renovated from a dilapidated 1970s pole barn at the property's back to the lovely white venue it is today. The RoseMary Barn takes its name from the proprietor's mother. The RoseMary Barn is a stunning all-white event and wedding location located about 5 miles from Historic Downtown Mckinney and hotels. White shiplap is used to build the inside walls and ceilings. The venue features a large bridal suite with h/m stations, cable tv+mini fridge, a masculine grooms cabin with cable tv/hook ups for a gaming center+mini fridge, a large outdoor ceremony space shaded by mature trees, a large covered porch for cocktail hour, a bar kitchen for the bartenders, a large catering prep kitchen, and a 40x32 covered pavilion that can be used for a wedding reception. We have a generator in case of power shortages, and we are Uber-friendly, allowing cars to stay overnight if Uber service is required. For our booked wedding groups and/or families, we have on-site over night accommodations in addition to the venue. This two-story barndominium has a cool modern feel to it. It includes a white shiplap kitchen with open cabinetry, gold lights, and a beautiful modern farmhouse vibe. It features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two living areas. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, bedroom #3 has two queen beds, and bedroom #4 has two queen beds. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bath, bedroom #2 has a queen bed, bedroom #3 has two queen beds, and bedroom #4 has two queen beds. It is a little over 2000 square feet and can sleep up to 12 people. Our three-story barn has it on the second and third floors.

This 2,500 square foot ballroom, which has been meticulously restored to its 19th-century beauty, served as the original McKinney Opera House from 1885 to 1923. The Grand Ballroom is an excellent choice for your reception, and it may also serve as a setting for your ceremony. The ability to hire a full hotel suite allows each bride and groom to create an unforgettable night for their guests. The Grand Hotel, which combines old-world elegance with a strong focus on style, is widely recognized as one of the top luxury hotels in Texas. Meetings Three private dining rooms total 4,100 square feet of meeting and event space on the property. Rick's Chophouse provides onsite food and full-service event personnel for all events. The Grand Ballroom The Grand Ballroom is located on the Grand Hotel's second story. Crystal chandeliers, original exposed brick walls, and pressed tin ceilings adorn this stunning 2,500 square foot space. Hand scraped hard wood floors, bench seating, and antique mirrors have just been added to the space. Up to 150 people can be seated, or up to 200 people can be served during a cocktail reception. Rick's 110 Our private dining and conference space, Rick's 110, has its own access through our foyer. This versatile venue can seat 60 people for supper, 80 people for a cocktail reception, or 30 people for a presentation type event. With floor to ceiling mahogany wood walls, climate controlled wine shelves, a private restroom, a private bar, and six commissioned paintings reflecting McKinney's heritage, Rick's 110 offers solitude and luxury. Wine Room Our international wine list is housed in floor-to-ceiling wood racks in the Wine Room. This private space can accommodate up to 12 people for a conference or up to 34 people for a seated supper and is also a working wine room. Library The Library is surrounded with cookbooks that are favorites of the owners of Rick's Chophouse. This inviting area can accommodate 14 people for a conference or up to 28 people for a seated dining event.

The Surrey House is a big historic residence that was constructed around 1910. It has withstood a century of tornadoes, fires, and other natural calamities to become one of the most well-known wedding venues in the North Dallas community. A complete renovation of the facility was carried out in 1998, and a partial renovation was carried out in 2011. Just a few blocks south of the old town center and the magnificently renovated county courthouse, you'll find this stunning residence in McKinney's historic area. Behind the main home is a big deck that overlooks the rear yard and a wedding gazebo that was expressly created for the occasion. Brides and bridesmaids can get ready for their special moments in the bridal cottage, which is located at the southern end of the backyard on the south side. It is possible to host events of up to 150 people in the Surrey House and its surrounding grounds. If an event, such as a reception, is to be held solely within the Surrey House, the maximum number of attendees is 100 people. Indoor seated weddings are limited to a maximum of 100 people.
