The Barn at Sanderlin Horse Farm is an authentic rustic barn venue set on 80 acres in Appling, Georgia. The property was purchased by Alicia Sanderlin in 1992 to fulfill her dream of owning a horse farm. After her passing, her brother Eddy and his wife Lisa transformed the original hay barn into a wedding venue — a place where the land's history carries through every celebration hosted there. The venue was voted Best Wedding Venue in 2023 by Columbia County Magazine. The property offers two ceremony settings: the Chapel Barn, an indoor space with rustic character, and the Woodland Chapel, an outdoor setting among the trees. A covered reception pavilion with a prep kitchen and stage provides the backdrop for dinners and dancing. On-site bridal and groom's cabins offer dedicated getting-ready spaces for the wedding party. Thomson Depot is a historic railroad facility in downtown Thomson, Georgia, available for private event rentals through the City of Thomson. The brick-and-granite building sits at 111 Railroad Street alongside the railroad tracks, with the granite freight room dating to 1860 and a brick passenger lobby added in a later expansion — both preserved through a rehabilitation project completed in 2014 that addressed moisture repairs, removed non-historic paint, and improved accessibility. The venue accommodates a range of gatherings, from wedding receptions and anniversary parties to birthday celebrations, meetings, and corporate events. The main Depot space seats up to 145 guests banquet-style or 200 in theater configuration, and includes a commercial kitchen. A separate Annex provides additional space for smaller groups, with banquet capacity of 50 and theater capacity of 70. Rentals run from 8 a.m. to midnight and include setup and cleanup time.

West Lake Country Club is a private country club and event venue set on 700 acres of unspoiled woodlands in Augusta, Georgia. Originally established in 1969, the club features a championship 18-hole golf course designed by Ellis Maples — widely regarded as one of Augusta's finest — along with panoramic views of the 18th green that carry through to the event spaces inside.
