The Acca Shrine Center is conveniently located at the intersection of I95 and I64 in Richmond, Virginia and offers free parking for over 300 cars. We host all sorts of events from 500 guest weddings to meetings for 20 people. We have a large, traditional style ballroom that features a full sized stage and a drop down theater sized screen. The Ballroom can seat up to 495 at tables and chairs. James River Cellars Winery is Richmond's oldest winery, set on a 20-acre former farm in Montpelier, Virginia that founder Ray Lazarchic converted into a vineyard after discovering a shared passion for Gewürztraminer with his daughter Mitzi and her husband James Batterson. Opened in 2001, the winery remains family-run today: Mitzi oversees the business, James produces every wine on-site, and Ray tends the property's landscaping. The winery's signature Gewürztraminer, a drier Alsatian-style wine with white spice and floral notes, has become its calling card. For weddings and private celebrations, the winery offers a covered 45'x80' Pavilion overlooking a landscaped lawn, complete with a private bridal suite, a 20'x20' bonus tent, and space for up to 150 guests. Smaller gatherings can book the Montpelier Room or the Hanover Room and Ashland Overlook, both banquet-style spaces suited to seated dinners or cocktail receptions. A James River Cellars property coordinator is on site for every event, and outside caterers are welcome throughout the venue.

Housed in the former Glen Allen School building on a 50,300-square-foot campus in Henrico County, The Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen has served as a nonprofit multidisciplinary arts venue since 1999. Its mission is "building community through the transformative power of the arts," and the Center presents art exhibitions, concerts, theatrical productions, dance performances, and educational classes for all ages alongside its facility rental program. The Center offers twelve distinct spaces that together accommodate up to 350 guests, from the crystal-chandeliered Cardinal Ballroom and the Art Deco-inspired James River Ballroom with its parquet hardwood floors, to the covered, landscaped Weinstein Sculpture Garden and the outdoor Center Field. Smaller gatherings can be hosted in the Gumenick Family Art Gallery, surrounded by rotating artwork, or in the Kornblau Boardroom and Dogwood Salon, which suit meetings and rehearsal dinners. Weddings, receptions, corporate meetings, and private celebrations are held throughout the facility, which provides tables, chairs, and setup with each rental and requires food service through one of its approved caterers.

The Meadow Event Park is a 331-acre multi-purpose event facility in Caroline County, Virginia, minutes from Richmond and Fredericksburg with easy access to Hampton Roads and the Washington, D.C. area. The property is home to the State Fair of Virginia and carries deep equine history — champion racehorses Riva Ridge and Secretariat, along with broodmare Hildene, were raised on these grounds, which are listed on both the National Register of Historic Places and the Virginia Landmarks Register. The park's seven facilities span from newly constructed venues to original historic structures. Meadow Hall, a Southern-style mansion set among stately trees, offers two ballrooms, a marble foyer, mahogany-paneled rooms, a caterer's kitchen, and a covered terrace overlooking the property's original barns — a stately backdrop for weddings and private or corporate events. Meadow Pavilion, a light-filled multi-purpose space with a central skylight and doors that open to the outdoors in warm weather, hosts conferences, banquets, and celebrations, while the 63,354-square-foot Farm Bureau Center accommodates large-scale exhibitions and events. Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden is a 50-acre botanical garden in Richmond, Virginia, featuring more than a dozen themed garden areas, including the Conservatory, the Rose Garden, Asian Valley, and the historic Grace Arents Garden. The property is home to nearly 200,000 plants and has been recognized among the country's top botanical gardens, including a National Medal from the Institute of Museum and Library Services. For weddings and private events, the Garden offers a choice of ceremony and reception settings across its grounds. Spring, summer, and fall events can pair an outdoor garden ceremony site with a reception at the historic Bloemendaal House, the Robins Visitors Center, or the Robins Tea House in Asian Valley, while winter events move indoors to the Robins Visitors Center or the Massey Conference Center Auditorium. Restaurant Associates serves as the Garden's exclusive in-house caterer for weddings, corporate gatherings, nonprofit functions, and private events.

Its largest event space, the Capital Ballroom, seats up to 1,000 guests beneath 22-foot-high ceilings with programmable lighting that can be adjusted to an event's colors, and it can be divided into as many as 8 breakout rooms for smaller gatherings. Sports Center of Richmond (SCOR) is a climate-controlled sports campus in Richmond, Virginia, built around indoor and outdoor soccer fields and a family-friendly atmosphere for recreation and athletic play. Beyond its adult and youth soccer leagues, camps, and the nationally renowned Lil' Kickers program for children as young as 18 months, SCOR hosts a full slate of private events through its Parties & Events program. Kids' birthday parties combine field games such as soccer, dodgeball, and kickball with an inflatable obstacle course and a dedicated Party Zone, with setup and cleanup handled by SCOR's coaching staff. Lakeside Park Club has anchored its corner of Richmond, Virginia since 1896, when philanthropist Lewis Ginter first developed the property as a public park with a clubhouse, boathouses, a pavilion, and even a zoological garden. Today it operates as a private club built around a 1920s Donald Ross golf course design, a traditional links-style layout that borders the Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens along the lake that gives the club its name. For weddings, galas, and private events, the club offers three spaces suited to different gatherings. The Ballroom, the largest, seats up to 180 guests for a plated dinner or up to 200 for a cocktail-style reception, making it the venue's primary space for weddings and large celebrations.
