Mountain View Farms of Ashville is a full-service, all-inclusive wedding destination set on a private 110-acre estate in Ashville, Alabama. Owned and operated by Certified Wedding Planners Jeff and Sheila Caddell — the first couple ever married on the property — the farm offers a scenic landscape of rolling land, a lakeside ceremony tree, and a covered reception pavilion. Four ceremony locations allow couples to choose the setting that fits their vision, with the Southern Oak Ceremony Tree beside the lake serving as the estate's signature spot. Every wedding package includes professional planning, custom styling and floral design, catering, a wedding cake, day-of coordination, and access to more than 4,000 pieces of on-site décor. Saturday weddings include a fireworks display.

The Trussville Civic Center, operated by the City of Trussville Parks & Recreation Department, is a full-service event facility located at 5381 Trussville Clay Road in Trussville, Alabama. The center serves the Greater Birmingham area, offering flexible spaces for weddings, receptions, corporate meetings, community gatherings, and private celebrations. The facility features five distinct event rooms — the Fireside 1, Fireside 2, Fireside 3, Lily 1, and Lily 2 — along with a large Exhibition Hall that accommodates up to 304 banquet guests (768 theater-style) and includes an additional 182 stadium seats in a balcony overlooking the floor. Rooms can be combined into larger configurations, with the full Fireside Suite seating up to 144 banquet guests and the complete facility accommodating events of any scale. Each rental includes tables, chairs, setup, cleanup, and state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment — featuring PCs in every room, HDMI, Apple AirPlay, and microphones — installed in 2024. The center works with a curated list of approved caterers and provides 350+ complimentary parking spaces on site. Mountain View Gardens & Ballroom is an 11-acre event venue set in Springville, Alabama, roughly 30 miles northeast of Birmingham. The property features Victorian architecture with Greek Ionic columns, sweeping views of the Talladega National Forest, and a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces suited to weddings, receptions, and private celebrations. The 2,200-square-foot ballroom accommodates up to 175 seated guests or 200 for a standing reception, and is appointed with coffered ceilings, vintage chandeliers, a cozy fireplace, and expansive windows overlooking the grounds. Outdoor ceremony options span the full property, including a barn, pond, wooded areas, poolside setting, and the column-lined entrance — all capable of hosting 300 or more guests. Rentals include use of the ballroom, main house, caterer's kitchen, bridal suite, groom's entertainment quarters, and all exterior grounds, along with tables, chairs, initial setup, select decor items, and a baby grand piano. The venue maintains complete vendor flexibility, with no food, beverage, or guest-count minimums, and high-speed WiFi throughout.
