The property spans more than 50 acres and is steeped in history — Buffalo Bill Cody's boyhood home stands nearby on the Santa Fe Trail, and the old Hund School, a one-room schoolhouse now listed on the National Register of Historic Places, sits to the south. The Barn itself is 4,500 square feet of traditional white oak Timber Frame construction, assembled with wooden pegs and wedges rather than nails.
