The Parker Arts, Culture & Events (PACE) Center is a multi-use performing arts and event facility in historic Old Town Parker, Colorado, opened in October 2011. The building was designed by Semple Brown Design — the firm behind Denver's Ellie Caulkins Opera House — and its weathered steel exterior pays deliberate tribute to the railroad trestle that once spanned Sulphur Gulch on the same site. Natural mountain views to the west and the preserved earthen berm that forms the outdoor amphitheater continue to shape the character of the space. The PACE Center offers ten indoor and outdoor event spaces accommodating gatherings of all sizes. Aviator Pool and Park is a community aquatic facility operated by the Central Park Master Community Association (MCA), located at 8054 E. 28th Avenue in Denver's Central Park neighborhood (formerly Stapleton). The facility features designated lap lanes, a diving board, and a shallow end, and hosts adult and youth aquatic programming throughout the season. Two event rental options are available for private gatherings. The Party Pad is a shaded outdoor space that accommodates up to 30 guests for 2.5-hour daytime rentals. For larger occasions, after-hours pool rentals provide exclusive access to the full facility — including lifeguard staff, an audio system, tables and chairs, and restroom facilities — for groups of 1 to 250 guests. Evening rental windows run from 7:00 to 9:00 pm and are available after Father's Day through the summer season.

Colorado Golf Club is a private members-only club set on 1,700 acres of rolling hillsides, wooded areas, and meadows in Parker, Colorado, with panoramic views stretching from Pikes Peak to Longs Peak along the Front Range. Gazebo Island sits at the center of Green Mountain Falls, a mountain community nestled at 7,800 feet in elevation just west of Colorado Springs, surrounded by Pike National Forest. The focal point of Lake Park, the Victorian gazebo was built around 1890 during the era when the town was developed as a summer resort — the lake itself was man-made, with the island created to hold the structure. A boardwalk was added in the 1930s and the bridge standing today was built in 1990, connecting the island to the surrounding park. The gazebo was fully restored in 2008. The town rents the gazebo for weddings, ceremonies, anniversaries, and private events. The structure features four electrical outlets and eight interior hooks for hanging baskets or decorative arrangements. Oso's Overlook sits on seven acres atop a high knoll just above Fraser, Colorado, with some of the most expansive views in the Winter Park area.
