The Lucerne Inn is a 200-year-old inn set along the shores of Phillips Lake in Dedham, Maine, about 15 miles from Bangor. Its Colonial clapboard architecture and views of Bald Mountain frame an event property with a distinctly New England character — antique furnishings, period artwork, and individual fireplaces throughout. For private events and weddings, the inn offers four dedicated spaces ranging from an intimate enclosed lake porch to a tented patio accommodating up to 180 guests. The Overlook, housed in a separate building from the Main Inn, features recessed chandeliers, a decorative fireplace, and an alcove with direct views of the lake and mountain. An on-site event coordinator and full catering team handle everything from rehearsal dinners to multi-day celebrations, with guest room blocks available for up to 10 rooms.

Alamoosook Lakeside Inn sits on 4.5 acres along the shores of Alamoosook Lake in Orland, Maine, with 540 feet of waterfront. The property has operated as a hospitality destination since the 1960s, founded by Winston Ferris and now led by his great-grandchild Chausey Ashey alongside Michele Booker. The inn accommodates up to 150 guests for weddings, family reunions, and private celebrations, with the flexibility to hold lakeside ceremonies or cozy indoor gatherings. On-site catering draws on locally sourced Maine ingredients — including fresh seafood and local produce — and the culinary team works with couples and event hosts to shape personalized menus in multi-course or family-style formats. Bar service is also available on-site. Overnight guests can stay in six double-occupancy guest rooms or a four-bedroom house, making the inn well suited for multi-day celebrations or retreat-style gatherings.

During the off-season, we can accommodate groups as small as 20 people.
