Barboursville Vineyards is a 900-acre estate in the Southwest Mountains north of Charlottesville, framed by the Blue Ridge. Its private-event architecture carries echoes of Italy, from the Palladian design of Jefferson's mansion for Governor Barbour to the Tuscan-styled winery and its expansive loggia, set among vineyards recognized as among the most awarded in the Eastern United States. For private parties and weddings, the estate offers elegant dinner seating for up to 120 guests, along with a manicured meadow that accommodates up to 500 guests for tented receptions. Additional indoor spaces include a dining room seating 40 and a smaller veranda dining room seating 20, both part of the estate's Palladio Restaurant. Each setting draws on the surrounding vineyard landscape and the estate's history to give private parties and celebrations a distinctive sense of place.

Now Open ! From spring blossoms to winter wonderlands, Blossom Ridge Farm makes every wedding or party a magical. When you book your wedding or event at our venue, you get exclusive use of the farm as well as our barn and 1800 square foot outdoor patio. Our white barn has year-round climate control, french doors that open to the Blue Ridge Mountains, and men's and ladies' rooms and it can accommodate up to 120 + guests. Keswick Vineyards also provides the most exciting décor for weddings, ranging from tented receptions to indoor event spaces. All-Inclusive packages are also offered for weddings, which provide tables and chairs, heaters (if needed), lights, fans, restrooms, bridal suite, groom’s cave, and tents – covering the basics for an all outdoor ceremony and reception. The Blue Ridge Mountains and rolling farmland provide the perfect backdrop for any celebration, whether a wedding or other social event.

Set within a 1,000-acre tree nursery in the Virginia foothills near Somerset, The Market at Grelen is a garden wedding and event venue built around the property's rolling fields, display gardens, and walking trails. The nursery setting gives couples a range of ceremony backdrops, from the Half-Moon Garden's weeping cherry tree to the Love Lawn's rolling-hill views and iconic Love Sign. Receptions take place in the Orchard Overlook Tent, a clear-topped tent with retractable sides that seats up to 250 guests beneath twinkling lights and iron chandeliers, with a bluestone patio opening onto the surrounding orchard. Beginning in April 2027, the venue will introduce The Conservatory, a 4,500-square-foot glass structure with retractable doors, climate control, and seating for 175, replacing the tent as the primary reception space. Beyond the ceremony and reception grounds, The Market at Grelen operates a European-style home and garden shop and a farm-to-table cafe, and offers elopement and micro-wedding packages for couples planning smaller celebrations.
