    Set in a former 1947 stone church on the corner of Fifth Avenue and East Main Street in downtown Hillsboro, the Walters Cultural Arts Center pairs red-stone architecture, stained glass, and custom woodwork ceiling arches with a concert-quality sound system and an on-site fine art gallery.
