The Venue at Chilleens is an all-inclusive outdoor wedding destination located in Black Canyon City, Arizona, north of Phoenix just off Interstate 17. Set against open desert landscapes and mountain views, the property evolved from the back of Chilleens on 17 — a well-known local barbecue restaurant — into a dedicated event venue under the ownership of Aleah Chilleen, who acquired and transformed the space beginning in 2016. Two event areas accommodate gatherings of different scales: an indoor banquet hall for up to 80 guests and an outdoor area for up to 200, with a combined maximum capacity of 280. The venue operates as a fully managed experience, with each wedding supported by both an operations coordinator and a day-of coordinator. All-inclusive packages cover vendor coordination, a five-hour open bar, cocktail-hour charcuterie, floral arrangements, and cleanup. Lake Pleasant Cruises operates The Phoenix, a two-deck charter vessel docked at Pleasant Harbor Marina on Lake Pleasant in Peoria, Arizona. The boat's lower deck is enclosed with air conditioning and heat, while the upper deck offers open-air seating beneath a canopy, together accommodating up to 120 guests for private events. The Phoenix is available for private charters seven days a week between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. — closing during July and August — and is suited to weddings, corporate events, holiday parties, family reunions, birthday and anniversary celebrations, celebrations of life, graduations, and team-building gatherings. The vessel is equipped with a full-service bar, two restrooms, a state-of-the-art sound system, and is handicap accessible.
