Founded in 1989 in Grafton, Massachusetts, Apple Tree Arts began as The Apple Tree, offering two early-childhood music classes for parents and toddlers taught by Donna Blanchard in a historic church on Grafton Common. New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill, operated by the Worcester County Horticultural Society in Boylston, Massachusetts, spreads across gardens, woodlands, and meadows with views of Mount Wachusett and the Wachusett Reservoir. Tuckerman Hall is a neo-classical event venue in Worcester, Massachusetts, designed in 1902 by Josephine Wright Chapman, one of America's first female architects. Originally built as the headquarters of the Worcester Woman's Club, the building was acquired by the Massachusetts Symphony Orchestra in 1981 and has since served as one of Worcester's most distinguished gathering spaces. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and sits within a National Historic District. The main auditorium rises to a 40-foot ceiling graced with intricate plaster detail and exceptional millwork, with acoustics recognized as among the finest for a venue of its size in the United States.
