Shrine Event Center is a full-service event venue located at 170 Lindbergh Ave in Livermore, California, set amid grounds lined with towering palms and willow trees. Operated by the Aahmes Shriners, the center hosts a wide range of celebrations — from weddings, quinceañeras, and bar and bat mitzvahs to galas, banquets, proms, and trade shows — with rental proceeds supporting Shriners' philanthropic work. The centerpiece of the facility is the Lindbergh Ballroom, an open, airy space featuring a dramatic vaulted ceiling with polished wooden beams and fabric swags. Bay Club Crow Canyon Country Club is a resort-style private club set at the base of Mount Diablo in Danville, California, where it has welcomed members and guests for over 40 years. The club sits along Silver Lake Drive, surrounded by the rolling foothills that give it a secluded, retreat-like character while remaining accessible to the broader East Bay. The club offers a range of facilities suited to private gatherings and celebrations, including on-site dining and dedicated private event spaces. Its 18-hole championship golf course, designed by Ted Robinson, provides a scenic backdrop that sets the stage for outdoor ceremonies and receptions. Cresta Blanca Ballroom The Cresta Blanca Ballroom is an excellent choice for any type of gathering. Guests from all over the world can gather to celebrate your big day in the heart of Livermore Valley Wine Country. Our ballroom is bright and spacious, with neutral tones and plenty of natural light. From the moment you walk in the door to see our venue until the moment you share your last dance of the night, our skilled crew is here to make sure your event is joyful, beautiful, and breathtaking. A built-in dance floor, stage, catering kitchen, tables, and chairs are all available in our ballroom. We do not have a list of favored vendors. Our ballroom may be partitioned, giving renters two options: Cresta Blanca North or Cresta Blanca South, for parties that require a smaller location. Facility Event Rental Process Applications are accepted eighteen (18) months in advance of the requested date, on a first-come, first-served basis; preferred dates, times, and facility location vary. Applicants must submit a completed and signed Facility Rental Application, as well as a refundable deposit, to book and reserve the day. The remaining rental fees must be paid sixty (60) days prior to the event date. If applicants want to rent with the Livermore Area Recreation and Park District, they must understand and obey the Facility Rental Rules and Regulations. A facility, date, or requested times are not guaranteed or secured by submitting an application. Terra Mia Ristorante Italiano has been bringing genuine Italian cooking to the Livermore Valley since 2006. Located at 4040 East Avenue in Livermore, California, the restaurant draws on the traditions of Italian home cooking — simple, honest recipes using fresh, sustainable ingredients and pasta made in-house. Three private banquet rooms accommodate a range of gatherings. The Barolo Room seats up to 50 guests, the Chianti Room offers space for up to 60 in a secluded setting behind the bar, and the Main Room — the largest of the three — accommodates up to 120 seated guests. An outdoor patio rounds out the venue's options. Events can be scheduled for lunch, afternoon, or dinner service. Terra Mia is well suited for weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, baby showers, anniversaries, baptisms, and business meetings. Canyon View Event Center is a private, full-service event venue situated on a hilltop in San Ramon, California, offering panoramic views of the city skyline and the Mount Diablo hills. The venue has been hosting celebrations since 2000, including weddings, corporate meetings, and private events. The facility features both an indoor ballroom and an outdoor terrace. The indoor space accommodates up to 450 guests in a reception setup or up to 910 in a theatre configuration, while the outdoor terrace hosts up to 300 guests surrounded by natural landscaping and a tiered fountain that transforms into a city lights backdrop at night. Each booking includes an 8-hour venue buyout, complimentary private parking, a dance floor, WiFi, tables, chairs, place settings, linens, and setup and cleanup services. The Canyon View team provides planning consultation, on-site coordination, and full guest and table service throughout the event.

Discovery Bay Golf and Country Club is a private country club situated on 225 acres in Discovery Bay, California, at the eastern edge of the Contra Costa Valley and bordered by the San Joaquin Delta waterways. The club's 18-hole championship course was designed by Ted Robinson in 1986 and winds through scenic lakes fed by the Delta. The clubhouse hosts a range of private events — from weddings and galas to fundraisers, birthday celebrations, bar and bat mitzvahs, quinceañeras, and corporate gatherings — with membership not required to book an event. The Grand Ballroom features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the golf course and opens onto an expansive outdoor patio for cocktail receptions and dining. Outdoor ceremony settings are available on manicured lawns framed by mature trees, with indoor alternatives available for inclement weather. Lone Tree Golf & Event Center has been a popular among Bay Area golfers since it opened its doors in 1934. The sloping topography, which lies at the foot of Mount Diablo State Park, affords amazing views of the surrounding Delta region. The course's layout combines ample landing zones that promote playability with fascinating green complexes that provide just the right amount of difficulty for players of all skill levels. The occasional errant tee shot may necessitate navigating mature Red Oaks, Cypress, Eucalyptus, and Ponderosa Pine trees that can be found in the rough portions of the course. Weddings & Events As a result of our magnificent event space, we can easily handle receptions of more than 300 guests without the difficulty of having some visitors sit outside on a patio, under a tent, or elsewhere. Every Lone Tree event takes advantage of the huge floor to ceiling windows in every space, which overlook the 18th green and provide breathtaking views of the beautiful golf course below, the rolling hills, and the neighboring lake. In addition, our Coastal Oak room is equipped with a large fireplace that provides both warmth and ambience for our guests.
