The Western North Carolina Agricultural Center is an 87-acre multi-purpose complex in Fletcher, NC, managed by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Home to the annual North Carolina Mountain State Fair, the center accommodates a wide range of events throughout the year — from trade shows, conferences, and banquets to equine competitions and corporate expos. Four rental facilities anchor the campus. The Davis Event Center delivers 45,000 square feet of flexible exhibit space for up to 3,700 guests, with dedicated breakout rooms, integrated audio/visual technology, and an on-site restaurant. The Expo Building offers 27,750 square feet of open floor space for up to 1,800 guests, with nine large loading doors and a built-in PA system. The Morris L.
