The Bouley Test Kitchen is a one-of-a-kind Event Space and Dining Room in the Flatiron District of New York City. The Bouley Test Kitchen is open for lunch on weekdays. The multipurpose Test Kitchen serves as an attractive event space, an engaging classroom, and a state-of-the-art culinary laboratory, with a range of outstanding layouts to match the demands of your party. Private events, corporate/media events, photo/video shoots, and, of course, cookery demonstrations are all made possible by the audiophile A/V equipment, which includes projection and complete videoconferencing capabilities. Bouley Test Kitchen can accommodate up to 100 people seated or 150 standing for a reception. It is equipped with an open performance kitchen, a Steinway grand piano, and an audiophile A/V system from McIntosh. The Bouley team may use the Test Kitchen to experiment with new gourmet ideas and refine existing ones. Organic and bio-dynamic components help to advance innovative procedures that are motivated by health and taste. In the Bouley Test Kitchen, visitors can be seated for up to 120 people and cocktail parties can accommodate up to 180 people. Garden Vista Ballroom is a historic banquet facility in Passaic, New Jersey, originally built in 1922 as the home of the Passaic Elks Lodge. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005, the building was fully restored and reopened as an event venue in 2009, preserving its original architectural details — including a marble lobby, crystal chandeliers, gold leaf trim, soaring vaulted ceilings, and two grand staircases with original decorative gold railings. The main hall accommodates up to 170 guests and features a configurable dance floor and a baby grand piano. Weddings at Union is the wedding program of Union Congregational Church, a century-old stone church on a wide residential street in Upper Montclair, New Jersey. The sanctuary seats up to 400 guests beneath timbered ceilings lit by iron chandeliers and surrounded by Tiffany stained glass windows — an architectural setting uncommon outside historic houses of worship. For smaller celebrations, the Assembly Room accommodates up to 100 guests and comes equipped with 60-inch round tables and chairs. The manicured grounds surrounding the building, with shaped topiary and open lawn, offer additional space for wedding photographs. A Director of Music is available to play organ and piano and can help arrange additional instruments for the ceremony. The Coffee Bar, which is also known as the Espresso Bar, is located on the left hand side of our restaurant as you enter. Guests can easily accommodate 50 to 60 people in this pleasant and comfortable space. As you enter our restaurant, the main bar is located on the right-hand side of the building. This space has a dining area as well as a cocktail area that can accommodate up to 90 people. This is primarily for a special mid-size event of great significance. There are private bathrooms, a dining area, and a dancing area in our downstairs lounge, which is located in our basement. With appetizers and cocktails, we can accommodate up to 175 guests. For a sit-down dinner, we can accommodate up to 75 people. On request, we can provide a DJ and/or Karaoke services. In addition to our pool table, which serves our customers on a daily basis, the back room can be transformed into an elegant setting for a small private dinner event for up to 25 guests. On request, a small cocktail reception for 35 people can be arranged.
