The Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel at Keystone Crossing is a full-service Marriott Bonvoy hotel in the Keystone at the Crossing district of North Indianapolis, connected by covered skywalk to the Fashion Mall at Keystone. The property underwent a full renovation in 2023 and offers 395 guest rooms and suites alongside 38,736 square feet of flexible event and meeting space across 29 rooms. The hotel's largest venue is the Plaza Ballroom, and the property also features the Clearwater Ballroom along with a range of breakout and meeting rooms suited to everything from intimate gatherings to large-scale receptions and conferences. In-house catering and audiovisual services are available on site, with valet parking for event guests. Ruth's Chris Steak House Indianapolis Northside is a locally and family-owned franchise that has been welcoming guests since 1994. Situated at Ironworks at Keystone on the north side of Indianapolis, the restaurant brings the signature USDA Prime steakhouse experience to a setting built around "a celebratory energy" — where guests are equally at home with familiar faces and new company. For private events, the venue offers six dedicated spaces ranging from an intimate boardroom for 10 to a grand upper-level hall accommodating up to 200 guests. Each room is equipped with HDTVs and sound systems at no rental or tech fee, with dedicated service throughout. The in-house events team handles everything from rehearsal dinners and corporate meetings to large receptions and holiday celebrations.

The District Tap is an Indianapolis restaurant and bar founded in 2014, built around craft beer, cocktails, and from-scratch food. The original Northside location on East 82nd Street was followed by a second location in Downtown Indianapolis on South Meridian Street, giving the brand a footprint across two of the city's most active neighborhoods. Both locations offer private event spaces well suited for birthday parties, wedding rehearsals, receptions, baby showers, and corporate gatherings. The Northside location features three bookable rooms — The Rickhouse, The Craft Cellar, and The Game Room — accommodating groups from 56 to 150 guests depending on the space and setup. The Downtown location adds The Fieldhouse, a smaller room overlooking Georgia Street with retractable windows. Drop-off and full-service catering options are available for all private events.

Prairie Guest House is a family-operated luxury bed and breakfast and event venue set on two acres in Fishers, Indiana, roughly 30 minutes north of Indianapolis. The property centers on a historic farmhouse and a distinctive red-roofed main house, surrounded by walnut trees, native gardens, and a white barn adorned with a colorful floral mural. The venue is well suited to intimate gatherings of all kinds — bridal and baby showers, rehearsal dinners, micro weddings, reunions, corporate retreats, and dinner parties. The elegantly appointed dining room accommodates up to 28 guests for seated events and up to 45 for cocktail receptions. A sunlit sunroom, a courtyard patio, and a recently remodeled bridal studio offer additional space for preparation and smaller gatherings. FORUM Events Center is a dedicated event venue in Fishers, Indiana, situated off Interstate 69 on USA Parkway with easy access to the northeast Indianapolis corridor. The facility offers 7,200 square feet of customizable space across three rooms — the Grand FORUM and its component sections — accommodating groups from 20 to 600 guests depending on configuration. Each event at FORUM occupies dedicated space reserved exclusively for that gathering, giving planners and clients a private setting without shared-hall logistics. The venue features modern décor, a glass foyer with vaulted ceilings, a courtyard, and premium built-in audiovisual capabilities managed by in-house AV partner AMS. Originally home to more than 20 horses, the 1,800-square-foot barn has been renovated into an elegant event space that retains its rustic character — featuring five hanging chandeliers, vintage bulb lighting, smooth concrete floors ideal for dancing, and nine authentic whiskey barrels as décor accents. The venue accommodates up to 150 guests and is designed with weddings in mind. The rental includes ceremony pergolas, chiavari chairs, chiffon drapes, a pallet bar, a fire pit, luxury restrooms, and staff assistance throughout the event. Couples may bring any licensed caterer of their choice. The Barn in Zionsville is LGBTQ+ affirming and welcoming to all.

Completed in 1876, the park occupies a full city block between Vermont and New York Streets, with Meridian Street to the west and the Indiana War Memorial building to the north. The centerpiece of the park is the Depew Fountain, a five-tiered bronze and stone structure featuring sculptures of children, fish, frogs, and a draped figure — an elegant anchor for outdoor ceremonies. The Madam Walker Legacy Center occupies a four-story, 48,000-square-foot landmark building on Indiana Avenue in Indianapolis — a National Historic Landmark completed in 1927 and designed by the architectural firm Rubush & Hunter. Built to honor Madam C. J. Walker, the pioneering African American entrepreneur and philanthropist, the building served for decades as the world headquarters of her manufacturing company and as the social, entertainment, and commercial heart of Indianapolis's African American community. The building's architecture is one of its most distinctive qualities: African, Moorish, and Egyptian motifs woven into Art Deco styling make it among the few remaining African Art Deco structures in the country. The Walker Theatre anchors the building with 935 seats, a grand stage, pipe organ lofts, and an orchestra pit. The fourth-floor Grand Casino Ballroom accommodates up to 300 guests for receptions or 200 for banquet-style dinners. The Memorial Boardroom provides an intimate conference setting for up to 16 attendees. Following a major renovation completed in 2020, the center continues to host private events, wedding receptions, business seminars, and onstage showcases, while advancing its mission of cultural education and community engagement in partnership with Indiana University Indianapolis.
