We have invested our hearts and souls into preserving the history of each original structure while incorporating modern elements for your utmost comfort. Our primary indoor space, the Grand Barn can accommodate up to 120 guests and features a preparation kitchen, outdoor bar, and covered dance floor patio to party the night away. Our Windmill Barn & Patio features our Bridal Suite upstairs, an intimate lounge and bar downstairs, and an outdoor patio all around. Our Pergola & Trillium Pond is perched atop an acre of exquisitely manicured lawn, our pond and water feature offer a stunning backdrop for your outdoor event up to 150 guests. Additionally, our onsite Trillium Cottage can be rented separately. It sleeps seven with an open kitchen, and thoughtful details throughout. This is perfect for out of town guests.

Our Wedding Package is designed to provide you, your family, and friends with a magical experience that is all yours. Up to 750 wedding guests can be accommodated at the Carnation Farm Wedding Weekend. Accommodations for up to 140 people Tables and chairs are provided as part of the site rental. Our culinary team prepares meals and beverages made from locally sourced ingredients. Our wedding weekends are completely customizable; you can choose from a variety of indoor and outdoor experiences, such as the ones below: The dining experience begins with dinner on the day of arrival and continues through brunch on the day of departure. Rehearsal Dinner Receptions with passed hors d'oeuvres Customization of the menu Menus that are tailored to each individual wedding event. There are options for both family style and coursed menus. Hand-hewn beams from an early-1800s cabin still form the core of the Stone Cottage at Storybook Farm, a structure that predates the property's founding by more than a century. Moses Atwater and Amy Wilson were among the original settlers of the land in the early 1800s; Warren and Mary Barrett later established Storybook Farm in 1955, running a preschool and summer camp there from the early 1960s through the 1980s before Bryan and Lisa Lowrance took over the property in January 2020. Set minutes from Chapel Hill and Carrboro, North Carolina, the farm today pairs overnight cabin lodging with a dedicated outdoor event space: a covered picnic shelter and 32-by-20-foot stage inside a 27-by-72-foot pavilion, equipped with a stainless-steel prep station, brick furnace, and firepit. The space has hosted concerts, weddings, festivals, corporate conferences, and workshops, including ProgDay, described by the farm as the world's longest-running progressive rock festival. Four rental cabins on the property - Stone Cottage, Barrett Lodge, Warren's Landing, and Rick's Roost - offer additional lodging, with Warren's Landing occupying the site of the farm's former school cafeteria and classrooms.

The Pine Lake Community Club is a Rental Facility with Spacious Options. Located on the Sammamish Pine Lake Plateau, this facility is a memorable setting for any occasion. This unique property is a premier location for Weddings, Receptions and various types of Private Parties. This Log Cabin Venue was built in 1938 and has been the site for several banquets, Receptions, Proms, Class Reunions and Birthday Parties. Our facility can comfortably seat 150 and provide a large dance floor for every type of event. We are one of the most affordable venues in the area.

The Cascade Mountains and Snoqualmie Falls provide a beautiful backdrop for our variety of venue options, which range from the warm, cozy ambiance of our open and airy Atrium Room to outdoor locations surrounded by nature. Atrium, which includes a wood-burning fireplace and a handcrafted pendant chandelier, is ideal for rehearsal dinners and receptions, among other things! Our Chef's Studio, which is connected to the kitchen and the Salish garden by a wall of retractable glass doors that open to a private patio overlooking Snoqualmie Falls, is ideal for small gatherings of up to 12 people. The Depot Building is available to rent, making it a natural choice for gatherings that benefit from a sense of place. Beyond the depot, the park opens onto grassy lawns, a wildlife viewing platform, and a community firepit, lending itself to relaxed celebrations and small outdoor gatherings. The grounds are ADA accessible and served by on-site parking and restrooms, and the park is open from dawn to dusk. Outdoor events of 30 people or fewer can be held without a permit, while gatherings of 31 or more are reserved through a Special Event Permit — a straightforward path for hosts planning a larger celebration in the park.
