Built in 1926 by Colonel Sam Tate, the Second Renaissance Revival estate is constructed throughout with rare Etowah Pink Marble quarried nearby, earning it the nickname the Pink Palace. The mansion's grand staircase, mural artwork, marble floors, ornate chandeliers, and numerous fireplaces create a backdrop that reads well in any season.
