Perry Park Country Club is a private country club and event venue set on a historic 4,000-acre property in Larkspur, Colorado, surrounded by towering red rock formations, pine forests, and the shores of Lake Wauconda. The property traces its roots to 1870, when it was established by John D. Perry, president of the Kansas Pacific Railroad, on land that served as a stagecoach stop during the 1860s. The club's indoor dining hall accommodates up to 175 seated guests for weddings and private receptions, while an outdoor ceremony site on the lower deck overlooks Lake Wauconda and the golf course — one of the most scenic settings in the Colorado Front Range. Tent rental is available for the lower deck, offering flexibility across seasons. Roxborough State Park is a 3,413-acre Colorado state park located approximately 20 minutes southwest of Denver, set against one of Colorado's most dramatic natural backdrops: the Fountain Formation, a series of tilted red sandstone spires that originated more than 300 million years ago. Designated a National Natural Landmark in 1980, the park encompasses distinct plant communities and diverse wildlife — from mule deer and black bears to 145 bird species — making it a setting unlike any traditional event venue. For intimate ceremonies and special events, the park offers two outdoor overlooks along the Fountain Valley Trail. The Fountain Valley Overlook, a short walk from the Visitor Center, features a cleared area framed by the park's iconic red rock formations and accommodates up to 25 guests. The Lyons Overlook, situated half a mile into the valley, includes a wooden deck with sweeping views of the Fountain Formation and also accommodates up to 25 guests. Both locations are available for three-hour rental blocks and require a Special Activity Agreement approved by the park manager.

Set against the backdrop of the Rockies, the property pairs Old World architecture — graceful archways, vibrant gardens, and refined indoor halls — with the natural landscape of Colorado, creating a setting that suits both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations. The estate hosts one event per day, offering guests exclusive use of the full property. Wedding and event capacities range from 50 to 200 guests, with indoor ceremony spaces, a courtyard, outdoor patios with Rocky Mountain views, and the Starlit Ballroom available for dining and dancing. Three private getting-ready suites serve wedding parties, and dedicated outdoor areas accommodate ceremonies, cocktail hours, and first-look photography throughout the grounds.
