Castle Farms is a historic estate and wedding venue set on expansive grounds in Charlevoix, Michigan. The property was built in 1918 and has been preserved and restored to serve as one of Northern Michigan's signature event destinations. Surrounded by acres of manicured gardens and enclosed stone courtyards, the grounds carry the visual character of a European castle alongside the warmth of a Michigan summer landscape. The venue offers four distinct event spaces — from the King's Great Hall, with its twelve iron chandeliers and exposed stone walls, to the intimate Queen's Tavern, with its herringbone-style floor, hand-hewn timber beams, and inlaid dance floor under a turret. Receptions range from microweddings of 18 guests to larger celebrations for up to 270 in the East Garden Room. Every wedding package includes a dedicated venue coordinator and assistant coordinator, bartending services, a private dressing room, and a backup indoor space for weather contingencies. Built in 1874 as a dairy and hay barn, the Dhaseleer Events Barn sits on a working family farm three miles outside Charlevoix, Michigan. The Dhaseleer family has farmed this property since 1925, and after years of restoration, opened the barn as an events venue in 2005. The space hosts weddings, anniversary parties, birthday parties, family reunions, class reunions, corporate parties, and more. A hardwood dance floor anchors the main room, joined by a wraparound bar, a loft area with vintage furniture, and vintage décor including an antique piano, wooden barrels, and milk cans. A kitchen prep area with two double sinks, refrigerator, and freezer supports catering. A dedicated dressing room with a private bathroom and an elevated back deck with sunset views complete the interior amenities. The surrounding grounds — rustic outbuildings, flower gardens, and farm fields — provide natural space for outdoor ceremonies and photographs.

Designed by Larry Mancour in a Scottish links style, the par-72 course stretches 6,897 yards through hardwood forest and native landscape. The property hosts weddings and private events in a barn with a red wood exterior, vaulted ceilings, and exposed wooden beams.
