Rancho Los Cerritos is a historic home and gardens nestled in the Bixby Knolls neighborhood of Long Beach, California. Built in the mid-1800s, the two-story adobe structure served as the headquarters of a sprawling cattle and sheep ranch before evolving through generations of California history. Today, the 4.74-acre property holds Local, State, and National Historic Landmark designations, offering a setting shaped by centuries of California heritage. The grounds — designed by landscape architect Ralph D. Cornell in the 1930s — feature four distinct outdoor and semi-indoor event spaces, from the expansive Backyard with its 150-year-old Moreton Bay Fig tree and Italian Cypresses to the intimate Inner Courtyard centered on a reflecting pond. A Petite Garden provides privacy for smaller gatherings, while the Sun Porch is the venue's only fully enclosed indoor space, with glass walls looking out onto the courtyard. It's like receiving an unexpected surprise when you visit the Los Angeles River Center and Gardens. This stunning event property, only minutes from downtown Los Angeles and right over the Los Angeles River, will fit many a bride's fantasy wedding destination. The Center is a well-kept secret, concealed behind ivy-covered walls. The entry is marked by a broad, circular brick driveway with a spreading ficus tree in the center, and the first look of the fountains, flowers, and serenity within is through the arched, wrought-iron gate. The courtyard at the entrance is a lovely way to begin your visit to the Center, but the carved wooden doors in the back soon draw you into the Main Courtyard, which is the perfect setting for a special occasion. The arcaded terraces of the Center's buildings surround the multi-level plaza on three sides. The breeze rustles the pepper trees, as roses, agapanthus, and daylilies soak up the sun in the beds. A three-tiered fountain sits in the midst of a tiled reflecting pool, surrounded on all four sides by terra cotta pots filled with flowers. An arched gateway in a stucco wall leads from the Main courtyard to the San Fernando Courtyard, another spacious patio with an adjoining lawn. This patio is dappled in shade and has a calm dignity thanks to a great old ficus tree. The lawn, which is surrounded by tree-lined walls, is frequently utilized for ceremonies, while the patio can be used for meals or dancing. The San Fernando Courtyard is its own private little universe, bordered on one side by the California Building and on the other three by high walls. The California Building is used for indoor events and major meetings. A Mexican-tile floor, arched windows, and a large, peaked roof flood the main event space with natural light. Tables and chairs are arranged beneath the skylight, with additional sitting accessible on the second-story walkway that circles the area. Smaller meetings and conferences can be held in the Los Feliz Room.

The Great Hall, which measures 10,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 1,700 standing guests, 1,400 chair seating, and 600 table seating, is a very large space. Now comprising three towers that span more than 1.8 million square feet, CMC has a proud history in the global fashion industry as the heartbeat of LA’s fashion intersection. Acquired by Brookfield Properties in 2018, CMC is in the midst of an exciting $170-million redevelopment. As of January 2020, fashion showrooms and events have a new home in the CMC’s newly renovated Building C while Buildings A & B close to the public for renovation, relaunching in 2021 as a revitalized, mixed-use campus. The university has hosted corporate functions, weddings, receptions, conferences, and private celebrations for over two decades, with facilities accommodating gatherings ranging from 25 to 2,300 guests. Multiple event spaces span the campus grounds. Founders Hall houses the two-story Art Gallery — an 8,000-square-foot gallery with hardwood floors suited for banquets, cocktail receptions, fundraisers, and holiday parties — as well as a third-floor Meeting Room for lectures and corporate gatherings. The Athenaeum, available exclusively for outdoor events, features a garden and courtyard with a 180-degree view of the canyon, adjacent to the landmark Tuscan-style building. The neighboring main room has the privilege of having forty percent of its walls and glass doors that can fully accordion away to connect to fresh air for your comfort. In addition, we have a huge outdoor area and a rooftop space (can also be closed). The breathtaking rooftop is the crown gem of our three-story structure that has a total of 17,000 square feet of flexible creative space. We are happy to accommodate filming and photography shoots, in addition to providing a full-service event department for pop-up shops, weddings, mitzvahs, religious ceremonies, birthday parties, and corporate as well as entertainment events of any size. Our venue, which was formerly known as the Los Angeles Stock Exchange, pays homage to its illustrious and opulent Art Deco past. It took nearly two years of meticulous renovations and retrofitting before Exchange LA was finally ready to welcome the public as a vibrant venue that not only hosts nightclub events but also award shows, premiere parties and corporate events as well as fashion shows, film shoots, and charity galas. Originally built in 1930, this historic landmark has been transformed into a sprawling four-story venue that can accommodate up to 1,500 guests. Multiple rooms, seven full-service bars, state-of-the-art lighting, sound, and a massive LED screen display are all available at our ornate venue, which is conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles' thriving art and entertainment district. The Pacific Coast Stock Exchange, with its 53-foot granite facade and the largest bronze doors in the region, was designed to be a sight to behold and to be feared. For nearly 80 years, the Moderne style building housed the offices of the Los Angeles Stock Exchange and the Pacific Stock Exchange. It was decommissioned in 1986. With 64 booths and a mezzanine, the trading floor was housed beneath a spectacular 40-foot ceiling. The building was designated as a Cultural Monument in 1979, and the Los Angeles Conservancy has taken steps to ensure that its exterior is protected.

One of the most impressive features of the penthouse is the stunning open showcase kitchen. loftSEVEN's touch-screen-controlled AV system is state-of-the-art, and it includes six distinct sound zones, three LCD displays, two DLP projectors, and an endless number of LED lighting configuration options. The loftSEVEN Rooftop is where the real magic happens. It offers breathtaking 360-degree views of the downtown Los Angeles cityscape, as well as views of the scenic mountains to the north. On-site, a small catering kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, and microwave is available for guests' use.
