Our hotel offers a variety of meeting and event spaces as well as access to all of USC campus’ extensive venue offerings, for a truly unique experience. There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr. Please note there is a $15 corkage fee for wine and champagne. The USC Hotel is the only hotel owned and operated by the University of Southern California, situated on the University Park campus at 3540 South Figueroa Street in Los Angeles. The 11-story, 240-room property opened in 1975 and underwent a full renovation in 2015, placing it within walking distance of Exposition Park, the LA Memorial Coliseum, and Downtown Los Angeles. Because Amy Schonheit (24, who works in the arts) and David Schonheit (24, who works in engineering) both have a passion for the outdoors, they chose to have their wedding ceremony at San Moritz Lodge in Crestline, California, which was surrounded by woodlands. As much as Amy and David adored the color teal, they decided to combine it with other hues to create a palette that blended in with nature—from the bridesmaid dresses, which came in a variety of styles and lengths, to the greenery that accented the sides of the wooden ceremony archway—to create a palette that blended in with nature. Amy desired a wedding gown that was simple yet elegant, and she found the perfect strapless gown with a sweetheart neckline that she accessorized with a silver belt. Amy and her husband were married in a simple yet elegant ceremony. Small wooden birdhouse-shaped props painted with numbers were placed at each dining table in the rustic building of the San Moritz Lodge to help guests find their seats when they arrived. Floral centerpieces, wheat, and small votive candles were arranged on top of burlap and lace that was draped across the middle of the tables to create a soft, romantic atmosphere. Featuring green leaves carefully placed on the surface of each layer and a tree-shaped topper, the two-tier white wedding cake perched on top of a tree trunk embodied the natural vibe of the day. It was designed to look like a log cabin, complete with wooden ceilings, stone walls, and brown carpeted floors, among other things.

The Griffith Park Visitor Center Auditorium is situated in the heart of Park Center within Griffith Park, one of the largest urban parks in the United States. Located at 4730 Crystal Springs Drive in Los Angeles, the auditorium provides a casual, welcoming setting for meetings, receptions, and special events, accommodating up to 99 guests. In 1993, we purchased Arrowhead Road Resort and renamed it Arrowhead Pine Rose Cabin, after a pine cone that grows on the site and resembles a rose. After a gorgeous oak tree died, we created our distinctive log and branch gazebo at Hidden Creek, which was located at the base of a natural amphitheater, making it the ideal place for weddings. Every day and in so many ways, the L.A. Zoo offers meaningful opportunities for discovery, education, and inspiration. #LAZooLove Rainforest of the Americas is the Zoo's newest state-of-the-art exhibit, transporting guests to a tropical rainforest full of life. From the treetops to the rivers, creatures are crawling, flying, slithering, hiding, sleeping, and living. Detailed sculptures, educational graphics, and architectural elements create an immersive experience for guests, while specific animal highlights include amazing critters from piranhas and giant otters, to harpy eagles and jaguars. The Elephants of Asia habitat includes features that are dedicated to the health and welfare of the elephants, such as bathing pools, sandy hills, varied topography, enrichment opportunities, and a state of the art barn that is capable of caring for elephants of all ages. Elephants of Asia focuses on the rich connection between elephants and the cultures of Thailand, India, China, and Cambodia.
