Town & Gown is a historic ballroom on the University Park Campus of the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, established in 1935. Situated at the center of the university's storied campus, the venue blends its nearly century-long heritage with contemporary elegance, making it a distinctive setting for weddings, galas, corporate events, and private celebrations. The main ballroom spans 6,426 square feet with 15-foot ceilings and is illuminated by ten Schonbek crystal chandeliers. It accommodates up to 420 guests for banquet-style dinners and up to 600 for standing receptions. Flexible configurations support everything from intimate seated dinners to large-scale ceremonies and cocktail events. Town & Gown offers comprehensive event services through USC's hospitality team, including full catering and bar service, audiovisual support, florals, cake services, and equipment rentals. On-site parking is available, and the venue is ADA accessible.

Our hotel offers a variety of meeting and event spaces as well as access to all of USC campus’ extensive venue offerings, for a truly unique experience. During your event, you will work with our expert chefs and on-site catering team who provide a one-stop shop for all of your event planning and conferencing needs. Catering We aim to provide healthy, delicious, and socially responsible cuisine for the Trojan Family and our hotel guests. Keeping in line with our campus Food Philosophy, USC Hotel offers a variety of fresh, seasonal, and inspiring hand-made menus. There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr. Please note there is a $15 corkage fee for wine and champagne. Just outside the main entrance to the Grand Ballroom arches you find our airy and naturally-lighted Galleria. La Cañada Flintridge Country Club sits at 5500 Godbey Drive in La Cañada Flintridge, California, nestled among the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains roughly 15 miles north of downtown Los Angeles. The mid-century clubhouse commands panoramic views of the golf course, surrounding mountains, and on clear days, the ocean and Catalina Island — a setting the club describes as "a mountain resort minutes from DTLA and Pasadena." The club's banquet rooms accommodate up to 400 guests across events ranging from intimate rehearsal dinners to full wedding receptions, corporate meetings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, and milestone celebrations. Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout each banquet space bring the mountain and fairway views inside, while outdoor ceremony options include a Garden Gazebo and poolside settings available late September through mid-May. In-house catering is led by a culinary team that works with clients to customize menus. The USC Hotel is the only hotel owned and operated by the University of Southern California, situated on the University Park campus at 3540 South Figueroa Street in Los Angeles. The 11-story, 240-room property opened in 1975 and underwent a full renovation in 2015, placing it within walking distance of Exposition Park, the LA Memorial Coliseum, and Downtown Los Angeles. The hotel offers more than 33,000 square feet of event space across 11 meeting rooms, accommodating gatherings from small breakouts to receptions of 700 and full-scale conferences of up to 800 attendees. Key event spaces include the 6,880-square-foot Grand Ballroom — divisible into five configurations — the 2,322-square-foot 1880 Founders Room with a dedicated exterior entrance and built-in bar, an outdoor Teaching Garden designed with sustainable urban gardening practices, and McKay's, the hotel's on-property restaurant available for private events. The Amy King Dundon-Berchtold University Club of USC occupies King Stoops Hall on the University of Southern California campus in Los Angeles — a former Los Angeles Public Library that underwent a full renovation in 2012 and was renamed in 2016 following a generous gift from Amy King Dundon-Berchtold. The club has served as a gathering place for the USC community for decades, offering settings for formal dining, informal get-togethers, meetings, and private events. The venue accommodates private receptions, weddings, rehearsal dinners, symposiums, and corporate events for up to 180 guests. The adjoining Scriptorium provides an additional 1,450-square-foot meeting and event room with capacity for up to 100. Full-service event planning and on-site coordination, bar and beverage service, catering, audio-visual support, and florals are available through USC Private Events & Conferences.

In the context of its Southern California location, e Garden is a hybrid art form that combines traditional elements of Japanese garden design with contemporary elements. They had a shared love of the outdoors, and gardening in particular, drew them together. When it came to self-development, Loraine and Earl recognized the importance of travel, well-being, education, and art as a means of expression. They are reflected in the Garden and in other projects that they have funded, such as the CSULB International House, Miller Children's Hospital, and the ongoing work of The Earl B. and Loraine H. Miller Foundation, which they established in memory of their parents. At this time, we are unable to accommodate docent-led tours due to a lack of available space. When planning to visit the Garden during regular hours, groups of 15 or more people must contact the Garden in advance by phone (562) 985-8420 or email (jgcoordinators@csulb.edu), regardless of whether or not a docent-led tour is requested. A minimum of two weeks notice is required, and group visits may be subject to a fee if they are not pre-arranged. The specifics will be worked out between your group coordinator and the Garden's personnel.
