The Georgia Renaissance Festival is a sprawling outdoor event venue in Fairburn, Georgia, just eight miles south of Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. Celebrating more than 41 seasons, it offers an immersive medieval-themed setting that hosts private events throughout its spring and fall festival seasons — with 15 live stages, 160 artisan shoppes, and hundreds of food and beverage options filling the grounds around every private gathering. For weddings, the Celebration Garden provides a flower-covered gazebo set beside a fountain, accommodating up to 200 guests for ceremony and reception in a Renaissance-inspired outdoor setting. Newlyweds receive a special recognition at the Festival Joust, and live musicians and costumed character appearances can be arranged as part of the package. Corporate outings, family reunions, retirement parties, and group celebrations are hosted with banquet-style catering and full access to the festival grounds for guests. Sun in my Belly, which occupies the area formerly occupied by Bailey & Sons Hardware, is charming and unique. We have three places available, each of which can be rented separately or as a whole. We've hosted weddings, birthday parties, corporate meetings, and concerts in our space, and we love seeing the personal touches that our guests bring with them for their important occasions. Sun in my Belly is located in Kirkwood, a short walk from the East Lake Marta station, in a former hardware store where chef Alison used to shop when SIMB was in its beginnings. It is divided into three sections: front, center, and salon. All three are for rent, as well as a whole restaurant buyout. For more than a decade, SweetWater Brewery has been brewing delicious beers in the heart of the South. We like to say at SweetWater that we're not here for a long time, but rather that we're here for a good time. It's not simply something we say, though; it's also how we conduct our lives. Remember, don't stray too far from the mainstream as we all find our way through life, and drink 'em if you got 'em. Our barrel aging program, which is based in The Woodlands, allows our brewers to make tiny batches of sour, funky, or otherwise excellent beers in limited amounts. With six 88-liter foeders (wooden fermenting pots) and hundreds of barrels loaded with everything from blackberry sours to Belgian-style ales maturing in tequila barrels, the Woodlands is just next door to the main production brewery at 195 Ottley Street in Atlanta. The casual classic, complete with a spacious outside terrace. Our original tasting room, which has developed alongside us, is crammed with SweetWater trinkets and memorabilia that celebrates 24 years of delicious brews. Outside, you'll find a large patio with plenty of space for both two- and four-legged friends, as well as a stage where you can catch some live music. An expensive location with a view of the bottling line level below. You can look down on the action from this spacious upper area, or you may take in some fresh air on the exterior balcony. The marble bar area is accented with one-of-a-kind reclaimed wood chairs and a stunning wood background that will make any shot appear like a million dollars.

The Red Brick Brewing Company is a one-of-a-kind venue and is an excellent spot for your next private event. At this brewery you will be able to choose from the small room rental or the warehouse rental. Both spaces are customizable to your liking and offer the perfect space for an intimate gathering or a large group celebration. SMALL ROOM RENTAL This room holds about 20 people comfortably. We find that a lot of groups this size use it as a home base. You can close the doors to the taproom to make it private if wanted. In this historically and architecturally significant property, guests will be treated to a one-of-a-kind event. Celebrate any event in a beautiful, private environment in the heart of downtown Decatur. The big outside patio is ideal for both the ceremony and reception portions of a wedding. There are additional different dining rooms, banquet rooms, and a front parlor with fireplaces to choose from as well. In the historic Mary Gay House, you may plan the wedding of your dreams while learning about Atlanta's history. In the 1820s, the MARY GAY HOUSE was built in Decatur, Georgia, and it is now a historic landmark. Mary Ann Harris Gay, the home's most renowned resident, is commemorated in the house's name (1828-1918). The Southern novelist is most known for penning Life in Dixie During the War, a first-person account of the American Civil War that was published in 1865. Mary Gay recalls a series of daring activities, including her treks beyond Union lines to acquire food and clothes for women and children in war-torn Decatur, which she describes in her book. Several of the world's greatest authors have been influenced by Mary Gay's writings, including Margaret Mitchell, who used some of her poetry to construct settings in Gone With the Wind and Mark Twain, who used some of her poetry in Tom Sawyer.

Chai Pani is a Hindi phrase that translates as "tea with water." The phrase "a little something" refers to going out for a cup of tea, a nice nibble, a snack, or "a little something." It means inventive, exciting, inexpensive, and delectable Indian cuisine in Downtown Asheville (and now in Downtown Decatur, as well as other locations). Even the term "mindblasting" comes to mind when we think about it. Some of the greatest cuisine in any country can be found on the streets, and Chai Pani is home to chaat, which are crunchy, spicy, sweet, sour, and brilliantly colored Indian street snacks with a variety of flavors. For the simple reason that there is nothing more soothing and delectable in any culture than a home-cooked dinner, Chai Pani also offers thalis, which are traditional Indian family meals that showcase the country's incredible culinary diversity. The New York Times praised our "fresh, cilantro-strewn twists on Indian street cuisine," GQ Magazine praised our "Indian street food with a twang," and New York Magazine hailed us as "a star in downtown's eating scene." The Historic DeKalb Courthouse is the ideal location for wedding ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, holiday parties, fundraisers, and other special events of all kinds. This beautiful courthouse, located in Decatur, Georgia, just minutes away from Atlanta, serves as a spectacular backdrop for any historic event. With stunning arched windows and marble walls, the main event area is a sight to behold. A total of 150 guests may be accommodated at tables in the venue, which has lots of natural light and hardwood floors. A cocktail hour or a check-in area can be held in the lobby of the hotel. The Historic DeKalb Courthouse, which is located in Decatur, Georgia, only minutes away from Atlanta, is the ideal location for wedding ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, holiday parties, fund-raisers, and other special events. You will have the perfect setting for your historic event with the marble walls and wonderfully arched windows. During all evening and weekend rentals, guests will have access to the Courtroom, Harrison Room, Lobby, Groom's Room, and Bridal Suite for a total of 8 hours. The first two hours are usually devoted to setup, while the last hour is devoted to cleaning. The remaining 5 hours can be utilized for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and/or reception, according on your preferences. The ceremony and reception are both held in the Courtroom, and there is usually a room flip as guests enjoy cocktail hour in the lobby before the wedding. Most of the time, renters employ one of our Preferred Caterers to set up, flip, dismantle, and clean up after the event.
