Bellavita Farms, owned by Joel and Julie Rogers, is a genuine working ranch with 80 acres of Bermuda grass hay, Texas native pecans, and Arabian horse breeding. Joel Rogers, a USMC veteran who served in the mid-80s in Hawaii, Japan, and on the DMZ in South Korea, is originally from Oklahoma. He has worked as a firefighter for the City of Fort Worth for the past 30 years after being honorably retired from the military in 1986. Julie Rogers, a native of California, spent her early years in the business world, including several years with The Walt Disney Company, where she planned and handled a variety of large-scale corporate special events, parties, and offsite meetings. Julie is also a talented photographer and flower designer with over 25 years of experience breeding Arabian show horses. On the day of your event, the venue rental is from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (14 hours). 45 - 6' rectangular tables and 250 white outdoor chairs are provided. Additional complimentary ornamental tables of various shapes and sizes are available for gifts, guest books, cake, and other items. We enjoy what we do at Bellavita Farms, and it shows! Incorporating the ideal blend of metropolitan sophistication and country elegance, The Madelyn Venue & Guesthouse is an exceptional venue for hosting your most memorable event, whether it is a wedding, corporate event, or other special occasion. The Madelyn, with its 2 acre pond, forests, and spectacular sunset views, overlooks 200 acres of isolated North Texas countryside, providing breathtaking photo settings with its 2 acre pond, woods, and spectacular sunset vistas. The 10,000 square foot venue can accommodate up to 300 guests for banquet seating inside the venue and outdoor seating in our covered chapel outside the venue. The humble but historically significant beginnings of The Madelyn Venue & Guesthouse may be traced back to the nineteenth century, specifically to 1863. The Guesthouse The Madelyn's Guesthouse is scheduled to debut in the fall of 2021. Guests can stay in the Guesthouse for up to 12 people, which includes 4 private baths, a full kitchen and entertaining space, a screened porch in the summer/heated porch in the winter, and a huge open air deck that overlooks the beautiful countryside. It is the ideal place to unwind before and after a special event.
