In the case that guests wish to arrange a private dinner event at City House, they have the option of renting out individual rooms or the entire dining room for their gathering. Our venue offers the choice between spending the evening on the patio or having lunch in the main room, where you will have a good view of the open kitchen. We will work with you to develop a menu that is tailored specifically to the needs of your event! Our dining rooms have an open architecture that makes it possible to accommodate up to one hundred guests for parties and presentations, and our inventive chef can design a menu to go along with any occasion. We are pleased to announce that we now offer private dining for lunch and supper. Every private lunch and dinner event that we host is served in a family-style format. You will choose three appetizers, one to two varieties of pizza, and three main courses from our whole menu. The kitchen serves your selections in ample helpings for the table to enjoy, ensuring that everybody gets plenty of everything they want to eat. Rural Hill Farm sits on more than 180 acres of rolling farmland in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, just outside Nashville. The property spans three counties and centers on a two-acre stocked pond, with nature trails, fire pits, and free-roaming wildlife setting a countryside backdrop for weddings, corporate retreats, and family gatherings. At the heart of the farm is the Event Center, with two connected pavilions offering more than 5,500 square feet of covered space for up to 150 guests, alongside an 825-square-foot party pad and stage, a catering prep room, and separate dressing facilities for the wedding party. Couples select their own vendors and may bring in an ABC-certified bartender, giving weddings here a build-your-own-day flexibility. Beyond the event spaces, the farm offers overnight stays in six cabins — from the tiny-home-style Farm Cabins to the larger Great Cabin, which sleeps 8 to 12 — plus a 17-site RV park, making it possible to host a full wedding weekend of setup, celebration, and cleanup without leaving the property.

The Exhibit Building sits within Maury County Park, a 242-acre park in the heart of Columbia, Tennessee, alongside the neighboring Baker Building. Housed in a large metal building, it's home to the Mule Day and Maury County Fair offices during their event seasons, and its conference room is available for rental the rest of the year. The conference room holds up to 72 guests and comes furnished with 72 chairs and twelve 8-foot tables, along with a full kitchenette and a restroom on site, making it a straightforward, no-frills option for community gatherings, meetings, and family celebrations. As part of Maury County Park, the Exhibit Building shares grounds with hiking trails, playgrounds, equestrian facilities, and eight reservable pavilions, giving renters access to a full park setting for events like weddings and family reunions.

The Baker Building sits inside Maury County Park, a 242-acre recreation park in the heart of Columbia, Tennessee, right next to the Parks & Recreation office. It's a large metal building with an open floor plan, regularly used for park programs, birthday parties, family gatherings, and small events. Inside, the space features natural skylights, concrete flooring, restrooms, and two bay roll-up doors that open the building up to the surrounding park grounds. Its simple, flexible layout and maximum capacity of 250 make it a practical option for casual celebrations and gatherings that want to take advantage of the park setting. The Baker Building is one of two buildings on the property alongside the Exhibit Building, within a park that also includes miles of trails, playgrounds, pavilions, and an equestrian area, and that hosts community traditions like Mule Day and the Maury County Fair.

The Loveless Events Barn was built with versatility in mind, including a private kitchen where our culinary team could prepare meals for events hosted on-site. As demand grew, Loveless Events Catering was introduced to bring a wide variety of menu items to homes, offices, and other venues in the area. Seeing a need for a smaller private event space, the original Loveless Motel Dining Room was converted to the Harpeth Room. Guests have been hosting baby showers, business meetings, and even small weddings in this venue ever since. Now, Loveless Events encompasses on-site events and catering in the Barn and the Harpeth Room providing a sophisticated southern experience.
