    Spinelli's Vistro is an all-inclusive wedding estate set in the Texas Hill Country town of Comfort, within easy reach of San Antonio, Fredericksburg, and Boerne. The property is anchored by a historic, 100-year-old limestone chapel that served as a United Methodist church until 2001; its bell tower rises more than 25 feet above the entrance, and majestic oak trees shade the surrounding grounds for outdoor ceremonies. Beyond the chapel, the estate offers a vaulted dining hall that seats up to 250 guests, a dance hall with a built-in stage, and both indoor and outdoor bars, all set among manicured gardens and covered patios. Two on-site houses -- a century-old country lodge and a private bridal suite -- give couples and their guests a place to stay before and after the celebration. Catering is led in-house by owner and executive chef Dennis Spinelli, whose company has served the Central Texas region for more than 30 years. Rentals include 12 hours of event time, with tables, chairs, and setup included for events of up to 250 guests.

    Ring Mountain Event Center sits atop Ring Mountain in the Texas Hill Country outside Comfort, at 1,756 feet of elevation, with 360-degree views of the surrounding countryside. Owned and operated by the Kendall County Parks Department, the venue is a 4,500-square-foot multi-use facility available to rent for weddings, receptions, reunions, company functions, holiday parties, birthdays, and other private events. The facility centers on a grand room with a spacious foyer, a limestone fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Sliding glass doors open from the interior onto a grand terrace and verandas, extending the space outdoors to take in the hilltop scenery. A kitchen, restrooms, patios, and an outdoor bar round out the amenities, giving hosts the flexibility to move a celebration between indoor and outdoor space over the course of an event.
