If you don’t see it, you may request it of us to make it special for you. Some items may require 48 hour advance notice. Since 1956, many couples have chosen the Mai-Kai as the location for their special day. Our tropical grounds, which include waterfalls, provide the ideal location for a wedding celebration. Up to 50 guests can be accommodated in the grounds, while our showroom can accommodate up to 250 people (during the daytime only) for a ceremony on our Polynesian stage. If you would like to know the cost of a ceremony only (with your own notary and clerk) or a ceremony with the use of our notary, please contact us. The rumbling drums herald the start of an exhilarating islander revue. Our local Polynesian dancers will enchant you with the beautiful Hawaiian wedding dance and the thrilling Samoan fire knife dance, both of which will be performed by them. Allow us to take you by surprise with our excellent service, delectable cuisine, and entertainment that is second to none. We welcome groups of up to 300 people to enjoy our dinner and show packages, which will ensure that your evening is one to remember. We also provide packages that include nice dinner but do not include the entertainment. For further information, please contact our Banquet Coordinator. When making your reservation, please include the number of people who will be attending. Select a single package to be used by the whole group. Our daytime receptions can accommodate up to 250 guests. You have a choice of a sit down luncheon or buffet with addition of an open bar for 3 hours. You may extend the open bar prior to your reception or at the time of the reception. The daytime reception hours are from 12 noon to 3:00pm. We can also perform our nationally renowned 30-minute Mai-Kai Islander Revue. During the show we will dedicate the Tahitian Wedding song to the newlyweds. For evening receptions (sit down dinner) we can accommodate up to 55 guests in the Tahiti room and up to 40 guests in the Samoa room (private rooms). The Tahiti & Samoa rooms can be combined for one party up to 100 guests. We can also perform a 15 minute “mini-show”.

We offer private & semi-private dining experience, with three different spaces available for your special occasion. Special Occasions… life is full of them. From a fun birthday party to the celebratory wedding, they are the moments we will always remember, the times we savor, the experiences that stand out. Business or pleasure, they call for the right ingredients, the right environment… and a touch of something special. At Sea Watch on the Ocean, we understand that! The Captain’s Room: The Captain’s Room is the most private dining space that we offer, featuring expansive ocean views as well as an exclusive patio. Its convenient beach and lawn access make it a perfect location for ceremonies and receptions of any kind! Complimentary white and black linens are provided. If you would like to have live entertainment or dance area, groups of 50 guests or less are ideal to ensure maximum comfort. The Captain’s Room is not available for Saturday dinner events. The Loft: The Loft is located on the second floor and offers an intimate setting framed by breathtaking, panoramic views of the sand dunes and the Atlantic Ocean. Your event in The Loft will allow you to have your own space while still feeling the vibrant energy of the restaurant. The Loft is setup with five dining tables which can be arranged to accommodate to the size of your group. Since this area is a portion of the restaurant, The Loft is not suited for events that include entertainment, like music. Complimentary white and black linens are provided. Please keep in mind that guests must be able to use stairs. The Cove: The Cove is a semi-private area featuring floor to ceiling windows that showcase our amazing ocean views as well as our beautiful fireplace. Enjoy the privacy of your own space, while still feeling like you are a part of the restaurant. The Cove accommodates a max. of 30 guests. Since this area is a portion of the restaurant, The Cove is not suited for events that include entertainment, like music. Complimentary white and black linens are provided. The Cove is not available for Saturday Dinner Events.
