Toccoa Falls College sits on a wooded North Georgia campus whose namesake feature — a 186-foot freefall waterfall — has made it one of the region's most distinctive settings for weddings and private celebrations. The falls take their name from the Cherokee word *Toccoah*, meaning beautiful, and the college has welcomed events on its grounds since its founding in 1907. The property offers two complementary spaces for ceremonies and receptions. The Falls itself provides an open-air backdrop for ceremonies of 10 to 200 guests, with electrical service available near the water for AV and sound equipment. Gate Cottage, located 100 yards from the Falls, is an indoor venue for up to 200 guests featuring a rock fireplace, chandeliers, and tables and chairs included with reservation — serving equally well as a standalone reception venue or as a weather contingency for outdoor ceremonies. Events at Toccoa Falls are catered exclusively by Toccoa Falls Culinary, and the campus maintains a drug-free, smoke-free, and alcohol-free environment. All wedding ceremonies are required to be Christian services officiated by an approved minister.

It all started about six decades ago, when a young couple bought a piece of acreage deep in the Northeast Georgia Mountains. Cecil and Juanita Crumley decided to make their home there with unwavering confidence. They built a home and started a dairy farm on the property, where they raised their six children with love. Cecil and Juanita remained hopeful throughout their lives that their farm would be blessed with both rain and sunlight, allowing them to reap a bountiful harvest. There were good years and hard years, but their faith in each other and their love for one another never wavered. The parents chose to give a portion of the land to their children several years later out of love. The Venue at CeNita and CeNita Vineyards, Winery & Tasting Room are now located on that property. The spectacular event site was a labor of love for the Crumley children and their family, who wished to celebrate their hardworking and dedicated parents' legacy. Our event venue is the right mix of modern and rustic, and our great crew of family and friends is dedicated to making sure your event goes off without a hitch! The Walters Barn is a wedding and event venue nestled on over 600 acres in the quiet North Georgia countryside near Lula, Georgia. Set against green pastures, rolling hills, and a scenic pond, the property offers both an expansive indoor barn and outdoor ceremony settings along a lakefront, at the forest's edge, or facing the barn itself. The main barn accommodates up to 250 seated guests and features covered porches, two large built-in bars, stone accents and columns, an indoor and outdoor balcony, locally crafted chandeliers, and a clean kitchen. All rentals include 10 hours of event time, setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, and linens, and day-of coordination provided by Soirées Southern Events. An additional pavilion on the property can seat up to 70 guests for overflow or ancillary gatherings. The Walters Barn is suited for weddings, rehearsal dinners, reunions, and corporate events, offering flexibility across a working rural landscape with the infrastructure to support full-scale celebrations.
