Aaron Bludorn, the chef, has his roots in the Gulf area and serves New American cuisine that is inspired by French cuisine with love and honesty. Dishes, wines from around the world, and drinks made from scratch are on offer at this neighborhood institution, which has menus that change with the seasons. We aim to provide an amazing dining experience for our guests by preparing delectable dishes using only the finest ingredients and by paying close attention to detail while also extending a kind greeting. Uchi Houston made its debut in 2012 in the space that formerly housed the iconic Felix restaurant on Westheimer, bringing its signature level of quality and service to an urban setting for the first time. Items on the menu were selected from Uchi and Uchiko in Austin, as well as signature seasonal dishes that were developed by Chef de Cuisine Shaun King. The restaurant successfully combines cutting-edge culinary technique with an approachable atmosphere. Tyson Cole, winner of the James Beard Award for Best Chef in the United States and owner of the restaurant that bears his name, is a dedicated student of the Japanese culinary culture. After studying sushi for more than ten years in Tokyo, New York, and Austin under two distinct sushi masters, he now spends each day at the restaurants that are part of the Hai Hospitality family continuing his path of study and experimenting with new techniques.

The Ballpark at League City is a 35-acre, city-owned multi-purpose sports and events facility west of Interstate 45 on Calder Road, built around six baseball and softball fields modeled after famous Major League ballparks, including replicas of the old Yankee Stadium, Fenway Park, and Wrigley Field. Each field seats 200 and includes sunken dugouts, digital scoreboards, and stadium lighting, giving the grounds a distinct big-league atmosphere for game days and tournaments alike. Beyond the diamonds, the venue's 20,000-square-foot indoor pavilion opens the property up to a much wider range of gatherings, from company picnics and business luncheons to graduation parties, casino nights, and wedding receptions. Altogether the facility accommodates up to 800 guests, with event theming and full planning support available for birthdays, holiday parties, concerts, and location shoots. The grounds also include two Stadium Club restaurants and bars, a covered kids' play area, batting cages, and a sand volleyball court, rounding out the property as a destination for both organized sports and private celebrations.
