Echo Street West is a 19-acre development along the new Westside Beltline created by Lincoln Property Company. The development is a multi use space, which is set to include an open-air bar and dining experience, condos, a hotel, and an office space. Guardian Works is the Event Space at Echo Street West, will be a exclusive and unique offering in Atlanta’s events scene. The renovated 1908 brick and beam building features 8,000 square ft of double-height conditioned interior event space, 4,000 square ft of covered patio space, and an adjoining 10,000 square ft courtyard in front. The space is operated by Novare Events, Atlanta’s premier events company, and is sure to be a must-see venue for all kinds of gatherings including weddings, city wides, festivals, large cocktail, as well as others with the use of the entirety of the space. CAPACITY & RATES The maximum capacity of Guardian Works may vary from below as it is dependent on seating requirements, dance floor size, catering needs, and audio & visual needs. The 13,000-square foot event space can comfortably accommodate 1,200 guests. Depending on need, the space can be arranged from intimate weddings of 125-250 guests to cocktail style events of up to 1,200 attendees. BEVERAGE & CATERING For events held at Guardian Works, Novare Events provides full beverage service, including barware, glassware, and staffing. A complete overview of our beverage services is included in the rental information kit. For catering events at this space, Novare Events can connect you with the best catering companies in Atlanta. A list of approved caterers is at your disposal. Additionally, you may use any florist or decorator for your event. PARKING Please inquire for details. Each event is different and parking is managed on a case by case basis. Valet services can be quoted for additional parking needs. FLOOR PLANS We are currently developing some to-scale floor plans of the event space at Guardian Works, to make the planning of your event easier. Ask your account executive about availability. The Gathering Spot is a private membership club for professionals, creatives, and entrepreneurs, with locations in Atlanta, Washington, DC, and Los Angeles. Co-founded by Ryan Wilson and T.K. Petersen in 2016, the Atlanta original opened inside a repurposed rail facility in the North Yards business park, while the Los Angeles outpost occupies a historic building in the West Adams district. Each location combines a restaurant and bar, co-working space, and dedicated event space under one roof. The club draws together a deliberately varied membership — entrepreneurs, executives, filmmakers, musicians, lawyers, venture capitalists, artists, and politicians — with the intention of fostering cross-industry connection. Private events at The Gathering Spot are supported by an in-house culinary program featuring contemporary American cuisine with influences from the African diaspora and global travels. A national private events team works with clients across all three markets.

Housed in a former peanut butter factory turned veterinary hospital turned bar, Georgia Beer Garden is located in the Sweet Auburn neighborhood of Atlanta, Georgia. Puritan Chemical Company built and operated The Foundry at Puritan Mill, which opened its doors in 1921 and is still in operation today. A variety of cleaning goods, including Puritan soap, were created and stored in the facility until they were sent out through the nearby Atlantic Coast Line Railroad. It was here that Puritan Chemical Company's Atlanta headquarters was located from 1946 to 1996. The property was bought by Urban Realty Partners and Weaver & Woodbery Company in 2000 with the intention of restoring it and converting it into a mixed-use site. The Foundry, with its 12,000 square feet of floor area, is a wonderfully striking and adaptable event venue. Original wood beams, spacious skylights, and polished concrete floors create a backdrop rich with character and history, highlighting the industrial past and vibrant present of Atlanta's popular Westside neighborhood and its surrounding neighborhoods. The expansive interior provides adequate space for the setup of practically any event, from formal weddings to high-energy social gatherings, and can accommodate up to 500 guests.
