Up to 75 people can stay in our French Country Inn, a modest and attractive outdoor building. This location offers a lovely ceremonial area encircled by gardens and enormous old oak trees. The inside of this facility boasts a timeless, elegant aesthetic with a subtly Parisian flair and was recently refurbished and exquisitely adorned. This garden location offers a charming reception area, an outside bar, beautiful bistro lighting, and a cocktail lounge area.

Keel & Curley Winery at Keel Farms is a 25-acre winery, brewery, and restaurant set on a working farm in Plant City, Florida — part of the Tampa Bay area's agricultural landscape. The property combines a craft wine and cider program with a full restaurant, farm animals, seasonal u-pick fields, and a family-friendly atmosphere that draws guests for both casual visits and private events. The winery anchors the farm's hospitality offering through Keel + Curley wines and Keel Farms Agrarian Ales and Ciders, both produced on-site. Private events are hosted in two distinct spaces — the Veranda and the Overlook — accommodating groups from intimate gatherings to celebrations of up to 140 guests when combined. Catering is available in-house through a range of buffet packages. Second-generation owner Clay Keel took over in 2018 with a focus on building Keel Farms into a family-friendly destination, expanding what had long been a working agricultural property into a venue that hosts everything from birthday parties and bridal showers to weddings and corporate gatherings.

It is located in Florida. There are several options for both indoor and outdoor events, all of which are immaculately maintained and fully private. Every day, we only host one event. To escape the bustle of their busy lives and to acquire additional property for June's love of gardens—she adores all plants, but especially orchids—June and Tom moved to the little town of Thonotosassa. They were drawn to the 20-acre lakefront property and made it their private retreat not far from town. They started landscaping right once using her prized plants while "relaxing" and taking pleasure in the simple pleasures of each other's presence. After much deliberation, they settled on the name Mision Lago for their new residence. Lago signifies lake, and Mision is the Spanish word for the type of home they want (Spanish Mission). Lake House at Mision Lago. You can sense the warmth and passion placed into the estate and venue the moment you walk through the gates to the property. The Charlie Grimes Family Agricultural Center is a state-of-the-art, 21,375-square-foot climate-controlled facility situated on the Florida Strawberry Festival grounds in Plant City, Florida — about 30 minutes east of Tampa. The building rises to a 30-foot ceiling and features finished flooring throughout, making it well-suited for a wide range of gatherings, from livestock shows and trade exhibitions to concerts, school functions, and private events. The center offers flexible configuration options across its expansive floor, accommodating up to 660 floor-level seated guests alongside 1,608 retractable tiered bleacher seats. Built-in infrastructure includes a state-of-the-art PA system with optional LED signage, ceiling-mounted electrical outlets, internet access, a ticketing office, and multiple bathrooms. Two concession areas, 80 tables, 600 chairs, and optional staging and pipe-and-drape are available to support events of varying scale and format. With a large front parking lot and easy load-in access through multiple access doors, the Charlie Grimes Family Agricultural Center is designed to handle high-volume events efficiently while offering the flexibility that planners need for a broad range of programming.

The TECO Expo Hall is a 17,000-square-foot, climate-controlled event space on the grounds of the Florida Strawberry Festival in Plant City, Florida. With 32-foot ceilings and finished flooring, the hall accommodates a wide range of events — from wedding receptions and banquets to trade shows, seminars, and reunions. The space is equipped with a built-in PA system, staging, a podium with wireless microphone, internet access, and optional LED signage. A 41-by-25-foot food prep kitchen area supports catering operations, while indoor restrooms and free on-site parking make the facility practical for large gatherings. Pipe-and-drape rental is also available to help define and dress the open floor plan. Situated within the iconic festival grounds at 2301 W. Oak Ave, the hall offers flexible, full-day rental packages and can be configured to fit events for up to 600 guests. The rental team coordinates directly with clients to outline available dates and licensing details.

The Milton E. Hull Historical Armory Building sits on the grounds of the Florida Strawberry Festival in Plant City, Florida. Its distinctive stone exterior gives way to a warm interior event room featuring a fireplace, a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, and laminate wood flooring — a neutral, light-filled space that suits weddings, receptions, and private celebrations alike. The building offers 2,257 square feet of rentable space with 10-foot ceilings and multiple access points for easy guest flow. Tables, chairs, and a podium are provided, along with a limited kitchen area for food preparation. The venue welcomes outside caterers, offers complimentary parking, and includes internet access and indoor restrooms.

The Arthur Boring Civic Center is a climate-controlled event facility located on the grounds of the Florida Strawberry Festival in Plant City, Florida. Spanning 11,000 square feet with 13-foot ceilings, the space accommodates up to 350 guests for banquets, wedding receptions, seminars, trade shows, and a range of private events. The center comes equipped with 350 chairs, 35 tables in both banquet and round configurations, a PA system with microphone, podium, and staging — making it well-suited for events that need built-in presentation infrastructure. A roll-up loading door facilitates setup for exhibitions and trade shows. Free on-site parking is available, and the facility is fully accessible with indoor restrooms.
