The Chateau Lill is widely regarded as the best event venue in the Woodinville area. With a property that is 10 acres in size and boasts immaculate grounds, including lush rolling lawns, ponds, and a small farm that is surrounded by tall fir trees. The actual chateau has a room called the Barrel Room and a room called the Grand Room. During the peak summer season, there is also a tented open-air terrace outside. Other concealed enclaves can be discovered in the upper lawn, the vineyard lawn, high up in the chateau tower, or at the popular gazebo that is tucked away next to our picturesque pond. It takes only twenty-five minutes to get to the heart of Seattle from Chateau Lill, fifteen minutes to get to Bellevue, and ten minutes to get to Redmond. There are a number of hotels in both Bellevue and Redmond that come highly recommended by our team. There are over 130 wineries, breweries, and distilleries dotted across the landscape of Woodinville, all of which are located within a radius of five miles of Chateau Lill. In the immediate area, there are a number of restaurants offering both upscale and more casual fare, such as bistros. It was no surprise when Houdini hurled the deck of cards to the ceiling, but no one anticipated one of the cards to become stuck to a beam. The Ace of Spades, on the other hand, did. It was the exact card that Houdini's host had selected from the deck and inserted just before Houdini launched them into the air before they were able to catch their breath. In honor of the host, C.D Stimson, a prominent member of Seattle's early business and social communities, the card was kept on display in his home for the following twenty years. Willows Lodge was his hunting camp, and it was where he spent much of his time. The Stimsons, as well as numerous other prominent families from Seattle, had country estates in the valley near the current location of Willows Lodge. They reportedly partied, relaxed, hunted ducks, and created substantial business concepts on a regular basis, according to reports. It felt appropriate to carry on the name and spirit of the old Willows Lodge with the new Willows Lodge. An extensive photo collection at the hotel's special event room depicts the early years of the valley's development. Although the current Lodge, which opened in September 2000, is open to the public and guests are more frequently looking for a nice bottle of wine than a duck, it remains a "country place" committed to superb meals, a warm fire, relaxation, romance, and inspiring business deals, among other things. People were encouraged to stay in touch with their tradition and informality by creating a venue that offered the highest degree of refinement in cuisine, comfort, aesthetics, and service while yet being connected to their past and informality.

Redhook Brewlab’s concept is an intersection of Seattle history and culture, a place where the city’s eclectic influences mix – art, science, brewing, food, and music. Housed within the Pike Motorworks Building, Brewlab’s space is an open modern brewery and pub concept with an abundance of natural light. A focal point inside the brewpub is a custom mural by Grammy-nominated Seattle illustrator and Sub Pop Records Art Director Sasha Barr. The mural, which spans 14’ x 18’ on the wall near the front bar, is a colorful visual collage combining the city environment, people, beer, Seattle architecture, and elements from the Capitol Hill neighborhood. Large patios in the front and back of the space increase the seating capacity from 171 to 258, making the Redhook Brewlab’s total outdoor patio space the largest in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. The back patio features two firepits for a cozy beer drinking experience, and both patios will be open as weather allows.

Covington Cellars began as a hobby in a garage in Covington, Washington, before its founders, Cindy and David, turned their passion for winemaking into a business in 2002. The winery later relocated production to Woodinville, becoming the 19th winery to open in what has grown into a major wine destination. Its Woodinville tasting room sits in the Artisan Hill District, alongside a related tasting room in nearby Maltby, where the wine is produced. The Woodinville location offers two settings for private gatherings: a cozy space suited to smaller groups of 10 to 25 guests, and a larger space that can hold up to 120, with room for live music. A commercial kitchen on site allows for easy food service, and an optional kids' play space is available, making the venue workable for birthdays, engagements, anniversaries, corporate retreats, and wine club celebrations alike. On-premise chefs are on hand to help design a menu for private events. Covington Cellars also hosts a recurring lineup of Friday evening live music nights in Woodinville, pairing wine and food with local bands.

Depot Park is a community park in Duvall, Washington, that blends history, nature, and gathering space. At its heart stands the historic railroad depot building — a local landmark that reflects the town's railway roots and offers a distinctive setting for community events and private functions. The Depot Building is available to rent, making it a natural choice for gatherings that benefit from a sense of place. Beyond the depot, the park opens onto grassy lawns, a wildlife viewing platform, and a community firepit, lending itself to relaxed celebrations and small outdoor gatherings. The grounds are ADA accessible and served by on-site parking and restrooms, and the park is open from dawn to dusk. Outdoor events of 30 people or fewer can be held without a permit, while gatherings of 31 or more are reserved through a Special Event Permit — a straightforward path for hosts planning a larger celebration in the park.

Falling Water Gardens is a garden wedding and event venue set just beyond downtown Monroe, Washington, a short drive from Seattle, Woodinville, and Bellevue. The property grew out of Falling Water Designs, an award-winning landscape design and build company that has created gardens and water features across the Puget Sound since 2000, and its grounds double as a destination garden center and aquatic nursery. The setting is defined by water and greenery. A network of koi and goldfish ponds, a 200-foot garden stream, a formal sunken garden, and a labyrinth wind through display gardens and groomed lawns. Couples can choose among four distinct ceremony locations: the sunken garden with its tent and dance floor, the upper lawn framed by an archway and footbridge, the intimate labyrinth ringed by rock walls, and the tree-lined grotto, which seats up to 200 guests. Weddings are booked as full-day, all-inclusive rentals, with the property available from morning through late evening and tables and chairs included, suiting celebrations of up to 200 guests.
