Civic Hall is part of The Fedcap Group, a non-profit organization with the mission to deliver economic well-being to underserved communities. We have 85,000 sq ft of space on the first seven floors of a new, Class A building in Union Square. The 2nd and 3rd floors are dedicated event and conference spaces, with additional meeting spaces and breakout rooms on upper floors.

Located on 149th Street Grand Concourse on the second floor we are an intimate event space that can accommodate 45 people comfortably. We only host private events. Located between two of Manhattan’s most stylish neighborhoods, SoHo and The West Village, Favela Cubana is dedicated to serving the highest quality food with a focus on traditional Brazilian and Cuban cuisine. Favela Cubana is a place where food, music and culture converge. Brazil’s Frango Ipanema and Cuba’s Arroz con Pollo are amongst the delicacies featured on the menu, and fresh tropical cocktails such as their tantalizing “Orange Basil Mojito” highlight the fully stocked bar. Seamlessly fusing the food and culture of these two distinct countries, Favela Cubana continues the experience with a friendly staff and a lively, informal atmosphere. Large murals and festive colors adorn the 1,500 square foot space, and conga drums cleverly double as bar stools for up to fifteen lucky (and thirsty) guests. Completed in 2019, the recent renovations at Webster Hall aimed to preserve the iconic features of the venue, while modernizing it to meet today’s entertainment standards and enhance the guest experience. The Ritz Lounge (formerly The Marlin Room) has been revamped to serve as a bar and meeting spot. Design details of The Lounge include elegant gold stenciling on the walls that pays homage to the original historic design, and fluted glass along the bar that mimics the venue’s former windows. In the Grand Ballroom, the original stage remains, while acoustics were enhanced to create an optimal special event experience. New features include air conditioning, expanded restrooms, additional stairwells for smoother entry and exit, and the venue’s first-ever elevator. Webster Hall is all about bringing people together for social events, corporate meetings, conferences, awards shows, product launches, galas, concerts and charity fundraisers.

Color Factory is a collaborative interactive exhibit that debuted in San Francisco in August 2017. What was intended as a month-long run unexpectedly flourished as a celebration of color and creativity that lasted for another eight sold-out months. In August 2018, a whole new palette came to New York City in SoHo’s Hudson Square neighborhood. In 20,000 square feet, we feature brand-new participatory installations of colors we’ve collected around the city— hues that invite curiosity, discovery and play. Some of our favorite artists, creatives, designers and makers are teaming up with us to tell their unique color stories and engage all of your senses in unexpected ways. We hope that the palette and projects offered within Color Factory will connect you to the colorful moments around New York and in your own daily life.

Sadelle’s is a New York brunch institution located in the heart of Soho. Sadelle's is available for large party bookings and for full restaurant buyouts. With a full buyout, the restaurant can seat 80 guests for seated events and up to 200 guests for a cocktail-style reception.
