Main Dining Room The Main Dining Room at Tribeca Grill is the restaurant's center point, and it has a sleek industrial warehouse feel to it. An ancient mahogany bar from the legendary "Maxwell's Plum," exposed brick walls, and artwork by the late Robert De Niro, Sr. adorn the space. Cocktail parties for up to 350 people or a formal dinner for 175 people can be held in the whole Dining Room. Arrangements can be made to reserve the full Tribeca Grill Duplex for groups of up to 500 people. This allows you to have dancing, food, and beverages all at the same time during your event. Loft The Loft is a bright, open room on the second story with beautiful hardwood flooring, 15-foot ceilings, and exposed brick walls. It also has its own entrance and private facilities. It is a dynamic space that can be dressed up for elegance or down for a fun, laid-back vibe. Although the room can hold up to 120 people for a formal dinner, the design is also suitable for smaller gatherings of 30 people or receptions of 175. The Loft can be used for gallery exhibitions, fashion events, corporate presentations, and even in conjunction with the adjacent screening room. Gallery Breakfast meetings, business luncheons and dinners, birthday celebrations, wine evenings, and a variety of other social occasions are all possible in this private, light, and intimate space. The space can hold up to 40 people for a formal function, but it is also suitable for 20-person board meetings. SOHO Lofts has three unique film-friendly open lofts located in the heart of Manhattan's intimate SOHO district. These spaces are available for video, photo productions, corporate special events, and product launches. Three lofts which consist of ground floor / retail location, and attached basement, and a second floor. All these spaces could be either rented separately or combined. Privately owned, one-of-a-kind commercial loft spaces are available for rental on a daily or short-term basis. In the heart of Manhattan's SOHO district, this hotel is ideally situated. Product launches, exhibition spaces, fashion shows, film and television productions, and photo shoots are some of the most common uses for this type of space. The lofts have a total floor area of 30,000 square feet that can be customized to suit your needs. There are currently three lofts available: one on the ground floor, one on the lower level, and one on the second floor. There are also upper built-out floors available on the property as an option. This cast iron building, built in 1890 in a bustling area of Manhattan, was occupied by a famous textile manufacturing company at the time of its construction. Many of the original details can still be found in the lofts. Each loft is 10,000 square feet (50 x 200), and they are located on a stretch of Broadway between Mercer and Broadway streets. Natural light floods in through 15-foot-high sash windows that look out onto Mercer and Broadway. They also have an elevator. The Merchant's House Museum is New York City's only family home to survive intact — inside and out — from the 19th century. Built in 1832 in the late-Federal and Greek Revival style, the Manhattan rowhouse carries triple landmark designation at the federal, state, and city levels, including National Historic Landmark status since 1966. It was the first building designated under New York City's 1965 Landmarks Preservation Law and remains one of only six residential interior landmarks in the city. The Tredwell family occupied the residence from 1835 until 1933, and more than 3,000 of their original belongings remain in place. The museum is also recognized as Manhattan's only documented site of the Underground Railroad open to the public. For private events, the venue accommodates up to 30 guests for intimate wedding ceremonies, garden elopements, and engagement photography sessions. The 19th-century rear garden serves as the primary ceremony setting; the Greek Revival double parlor and 1850s kitchen provide indoor alternatives when weather requires.

Since New York State's mandatory closings began on March 15th, we've been taking advantage of the opportunity to engage in some serious introspection about our collective safety and our future. We have decided to re-locate and transform Bouley at Home and Bouley Test Kitchen into a new concept due to the inherent difficulties of in-person dining in the face of the ongoing dangers of Covid-19. As we prepare to relocate from 31 West 21st Street to a new venue in Lower Manhattan's TriBeCa neighborhood (location to be determined), we are taking advantage of this rare opportunity to envision and plan what the new Bouley will look like. Bouley has been many things to many people over the course of my 35+ years in the business world. In order to achieve unbreakable health, our mission continues to be to create the most nutrient-dense menus possible while immersing guests in a community of shared culinary knowledge. Donna Lennard and her then-partner, Italian-born restaurateur Alberto Avalle, were pioneers on Bond Street when they invited their antique customers to join them for their midday "pranzo" before obtaining a wine and beer license and developing an eclectic Mediterranean menu that was equal parts Italian, Spanish, and invention, and dedicated to sourcing the finest prime ingredients both locally and in Avalle's home country of Italy. The culinary philosophy of il Buco is firmly rooted in the Italian tradition of seasonality and the integrity of all of the ingredients used in the restaurant.
