The property's 10 function rooms range from intimate boardrooms to the Onondaga Ballroom, which accommodates up to 200 guests for a seated banquet or 300 for a cocktail reception. The Mansion on James is a historic Italianate villa built in 1853 by George and Rebecca Barnes, situated on James Street in Syracuse, New York. The property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and recognized as a National Underground Railroad Network to Freedom site — the Barnes family sheltered freedom seekers in the basement and carriage house and hosted prominent abolitionist figures including Rev. Samuel Joseph May, Garrett Smith, and Elizabeth Cady Stanton. The George and Rebecca Barnes Foundation, a not-for-profit organization, assumed stewardship in 2009 and maintains the property as both a museum and a venue for private events. The mansion accommodates gatherings of up to 85 guests across its main level and outdoor grounds, which include an original gazebo from the late 1800s. The venue is available for weddings, intimate dinners, baby showers, corporate meetings, and fundraising events, with WiFi and a parking lot for up to 100 vehicles included with each rental.

SKY Armory occupies a restored former department store building in Armory Square, the historic heart of downtown Syracuse, NY. Opened in October 2014 by founder Nicole Samolis — a Central New York event planner with more than 20 years in the industry — the venue was built around the gaps she observed working with other spaces: in-house catering prepared from scratch, in-house floral and décor, and a dedicated wedding planner guiding each event from booking through the reception. Four flexible event spaces span the building's floors and accommodate celebrations from intimate gatherings to events of 400 or more guests. The aesthetic throughout is industrial and urban: exposed steel beams, brick accent walls, large windows with city views, and vaulted ceilings that preserve the character of the original structure. Planning, catering, floral, and service coordination are all managed on-site by a single team, eliminating the coordination burden of working with multiple vendors. SKY Armory holds the Couples' Choice Award annually since 2017 and is a certified NYS Women-Owned Business (WBE).

The Oncenter is Central New York's premier convention and entertainment facility, occupying three city blocks in downtown Syracuse. The complex unites three distinct venues: the Nicholas J. Pirro Convention Center, the Upstate Medical Arena at The Oncenter War Memorial, and the John H. Mulroy Civic Center Theaters. The Nicholas J. Pirro Convention Center offers 100,000 square feet of adaptable space — from expansive exhibit halls suited for trade shows and large-scale conventions to a ballroom and dedicated breakout meeting rooms — with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and in-house catering by the Savor team. An underground tunnel links the Convention Center to the Arena and Theaters, keeping the full complex connected for multi-day events. The Upstate Medical Arena opened in 1951 as a veteran's memorial and has been home to the Syracuse Crunch since 1994, accommodating up to 7,000 guests across concert, sporting, and assembly configurations. The Civic Center Theaters offer three performance spaces — the 2,117-seat Crouse Hinds Theater, the 463-seat Carrier Theater, and the Bevard Studio — suited for theatrical productions, film screenings, ceremonies, and lectures.
