In the heart of West Chelsea, NY, our venue is located in the center of one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in Manhattan. Positioned just steps from the High Line, our venue is a short walk from Hudson Yards, the Vessel, and some of the most inspiring backdrops in the city. Our building was once a former textile mill with twelve-foot ceilings and massive walls of factory windows. With polished concrete and a white lacquered floor, Eden is flooded with soft daylight throughout the day. The way the sun bounces off the adjacent buildings creates a gorgeous splash of light in the morning and evening on sunny days. The studio has been designed to create a variety of textures and possibilities within one room. From sleek, industrial finishes to a refined wall of ultra-modern paneling, Eden has the look of a classic loft with a chic residential feel. Velvet Brooklyn is a cocktail bar and event venue that may be reserved for your special occasion. It is as luxurious as the fabric it is named after. With its exposed brick interior, vintage chandeliers, warm lighting and disco ball, it is the perfect space for an intimate event or a memorable celebration. It is 1,500 sq. ft with a maximum capacity of 110 guests. The interior includes two spacious bar areas, comfortable seating throughout the venue, allowing guests to mingle comfortably. Velvet Brooklyn is an ideal venue for a stylish and fun celebration where guests can dance, enjoy handcrafted cocktails, soak in the vibrant ambience, and share an unforgettable moment with a loved one. This speakeasy is located near the Williamsburg bridge with its own separate entrance on South 5th St. The space was renovated for creatives and is now available for your use. Thus, the look of the space is rustic and industrial including art murals and brick walls, and high pipe exposed ceilings. The floor has its original concrete, with small drains throughout. The space lets in very little daylight even during peek hours of sunshine. This allows photo and video work to have total control over the lighting. The space also comes with a multicolored LED light system that allows you to control the vibe through the space. We have a 10 foot long L- bar and small kitchen with fridge for food storage. The space is equipped with a WIFI network, great phone reception for any carrier, a powerful sound system with high quality JBL speakers wired together throughout the space, and a dj booth. All renters can use our hanging ceiling movie screen and projector to stage their own film viewings. The performance space (1160 Broadway, entrance on Broadway) houses the stage and all performance amenities, a small office, and rest room area. The lounge (1158 Broadway, entrance on 27th street) includes an open lounge area, a large green room/office space, a bar, a refrigerator, and two restrooms (one being ADA-compliant). The Jazz Gallery is located in New York’s historic & bustling NoMad neighborhood; the Flatiron Building and Madison Square Park to our south, and the Empire State Building is a few blocks to the north. Nestled in between these two iconic buildings are old merchant stores, exclusive boutiques, and many restaurants and hotels. The Jazz Gallery is located at 1158 & 1160 Broadway, 5th floor.
